Pratik’s place is awesome and the location is very convenient. We were traveling with a 3 months old, so finding a good place to stay wasn’t easy, we were so lucky that we were able to find Pratik’s place. The condo is very nice and spacious. The master bedroom has plenty of space that is be able to fit our baby’s crib inside. Everything in the house is nicely decorated and put well together. Super sparkly clean. All the amenities are provided. The distance to walk from the house to the public PATH transportation is very easy and convenient. The location is safe and quiet at night time. Pratik’s very responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out time. Highly recommend his place to anyone traveling with kids if you need more space. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This home is a hidden gem. We have a family, so staying in the city was coat prohibitive but this home closed the gaps for us. It was spacious, well appointed, immaculately clean, and well worth what we paid. We will look for this house again every time we visit NYC now.

David was a great host. He responded quickly and answered any questions that needed to be answered. The place was clean and perfect for two. I was there to visit NYC and the bus stop to take us there was only a minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and has a variety of food spots from different cultures. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again if I come back.

Great spot! Maria was very responsive and helpful. She created a group chat with the other Airbnb guests (the building is two (or 4??) rental units right next to each other, I had no issue with noise or privacy) so we could communicate the parking situation - there's two garage spots and two driveway spots outside the garages. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. The apartment was immaculately clean. The rooftop was a great amenity. We loved how open the main kitchen/living room area is, how comfy the couches were, the decorations, and how much natural light spills into the area. The only negative I heard from a few of my friends was that the pillows on the beds weren't super comfortable. I could see what they mean but I had no issues with the bed itself. That's nit-picking. Also the immediate surrounding area isn't the greatest, but we all felt fine, and it was nice to have a gas station/bodega and some quick food nearby. Overall highly recommend this space and host!!

Bola was incredibly friendly and responsive. Location was perfectly situated in a quiet area in Jersey City. Very close to restaurants and transportation; a local bus stop we frequently used was a 2-3 minute walk away. The place was very clean and the rain shower head was lovely. Because the living space is beneath another floor, there might be noises that disturb you during the night and morning but we expected that; didn’t mind and had no issues with noises from upstairs. Very worth the price.

A luxury to stay here. The host was attentive at all times, with effective and very helpful suggestions. So too, she made sure everything was fine and we didn't lack anything. Regarding the place, very beautiful, new and cared for. Also, there were many complimentary rich treats that are perfect and very timely when one arrives tired of so much travel. In the future, we will pick it again. Also, very close 1 block from where the buses pass and a few minutes from the best part of Manhattan. I recommend!!

Comfortable and quiet place for a quick Brooklyn getaway.

Mike was an amazing host! My husband and I (and our dog) lived at the condo for three months while our home was being renovated. Very well appointed kitchen, bath and laundry. The bedroom was super comfortable and cozy and I slept just like I was at home. I could not recommend this apartment enough! Also very accessible to the Path or bus into NYC. Mike was also incredibly responsive. There’s a back patio that is really lovely and feels private.

Anthony is the best host I’ve ever had! So friendly, welcoming, and super responsive. He has clearly poured ample love and care into the space—it is immaculate, stylish, well-equipped, and truly an easy Williamsburg oasis!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Newark, NY! The space was incredibly clean, airy, and very comfortable for our whole family. We had plenty of room to spread out and truly felt at home for all 9 days. Communication with the host was excellent—clear, quick, and helpful throughout. Everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A safe spot right in the heart of Hoboken. Very walkable to the path train that takes you right to New York. A very clean and spacious apartment. Hosts were responsive and great!

Hirian (Olga son) is literally the best! So accommodating and flexible . Literally even helped me out with one of my aunts that elderly. Can’t say enough of how great of a spot and host this Airbnb is . There’s so much to do and walkable, great culture and food on the street the Airbnb is on , public transportation is accessible . If you aren’t sure the host is right there available to answer any questions. It was a girls trip of 7 and we felt comfortable in the area , everyone slept great , space was clean. Two bathroom helps a lot and there was space for everyone to sleep . It is a two flight stair to climb but nothing crazy . Would definitely book here again if we come back to visit and felt that the price is affordable. Communication and hospitality is key and hirian (Olga son) definitely out shine himself . 10/10 recommend staying here for a trip to NY or NJ.

It’s a nice place — close to Manhattan by car, and also relatively close to the American Dream Mall. The neighborhood is quiet. One thing to keep in mind is that there’s no parking, and the street is always full. We were warned by neighbors that if you want to leave the car overnight, the license plate must be registered in advance, so we decided to leave it elsewhere. That said, it’s still a good place to stay outside of Manhattan. Also, Karan was a very kind and helpful person

It was a safe and peaceful village. Convenience stores are close by, and there are Korean grocery stores, CVS, and restaurants within walking distance. It's close to the bus stop, and you can go to PABT without transferring. Above all, the host is very friendly.

She was an amazing host, very fast to reply to any question, also very friendly, the location is very peaceful and safe, you can enjoy the amazing views of Manhattan from the room.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We were very pleased with the accommodations! We will definitely come back and stay here again.
