Our stay with Marie and François in Ménerbes was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for and warmly welcomed. The property itself is beautifully rustic, with an understated charm that reflects its authenticity. The apartment, housed within the stone walls of a 12th-century structure, offered a unique experience, particularly for those with an appreciation for history. We were especially delighted by the presence of the resident cats in the garden, which added a warm and homely touch to the idyllic atmosphere. Dinner was of outstanding quality, and the breakfast, though light, was well suited to the setting and our expectations. We would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking peace, character, and a genuine connection with the Provençal way of life.

We had a lovely 11 day stay at Helene and Patrick’s home. It was as described, very clean and beautifully presented. Their warm welcome was lovely as was their gift of a chilled bottle of wine on arrival. They were charming, the perfect hosts. The house was a great base for exploring the wider area. The shade in the garden was much appreciated during some very hot days. The bakeries in the village were excellent and all the locals we spoke to were very friendly. On occasion the car park near the house was full but we always managed to get parked somewhere in the village. We had a great stay!

Frédérique listened to our needs. The place is beautiful, located close to places to visit. The house is typical of the region, offering all comforts. The pool, pleasant, for cooling off. A place close to everything, but quiet. We had a relaxing vacation, thanks to the wonderful garden.

Wow what a fantastic place! The outside space is amazing especially for families with kids because there are lots of activities onsite such as sports, an incredible adventure playground plus trampoline and zip wire. The heated pool is great and well worth paying the extra 50€ to book it for an afternoon. It comes with inflatables and toys which added to the fun There is also plenty of shade if you prefer to sit and enjoy the garden or the stunning views of the mountain, and interesting walks from the doorstep. Lea was so friendly and kind and gave us local recommendations and helpful information. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. The only slight negative to make future guests aware of is that to access one of the bedrooms you either have to walk through the other bedroom or go outside and use the patio door which opens straight into the bedroom, but it’s not a big issue. We will definitely come back !

We had an incredible stay at Christelle’s beautiful home. Check in was smooth, the villa is immaculate and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is idyllic, we fell in love with Lacoste. Such a picturesque and peaceful town. We cannot wait to return! Thank you for having us.

Lana and her husband were very welcoming and we appreciated their delicate touches. They are very discreet and at the same time available to meet our possible needs. The accommodation is comfortable and in a great location for visiting the surrounding area. Our only regret is the weather which was not very mild and prevented us from enjoying the exteriors to the fullest... Despite this, we had a lovely stay. We recommend. A fantastic stay. A beautiful home with all amenities in spotless condition, set among the vines and olive trees. Cara was a great host and quickly answer our queries. We highly recommend.

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s, and Catherine’s apt is our absolute favorite! We loved the spaciousness—the rooms were larger than we expected and the balcony was huge. Bed so comfy, bathroom squeaky clean, kitchen and dining room just right for the two of us, lots of places to sit and relax. We felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. Catherine’s directions were super easy to follow and her recommendations for restaurants outstanding. It was our first time in Menerbes and we fell in love with it. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Hélène’s apartment... The kitchen and lounge area is bright, beautifully decorated, and full of positive energy - it really stood out and made us feel right at home... The second bedroom worked perfectly for us as we were travelling with our daughter, and the entire flat was thoughtfully arranged and comfortable... Hélène provided some great local recommendations, and the apartment is ideally located right in the heart of Aix - everything was within easy reach... Not much more to say, other than: we’ll definitely be back..!

First, if you are staying in Aix en Provence, do not hesitate to stay at Brice’s apartment. The apartment was just perfect! The location was literally a five minute walk to the city center. We have experienced many excellent Airbnb accommodations and Brice was one of the premier hosts. He truly made us feel welcome with a variety of welcome offerings and even an au revoir surprise. We would definitely book again as well as recommend to our friends!

Very nice accommodation, in a nice village close to all amenities. We were able to enjoy a walk around and the festival 2 steps from the accommodation.

An excellent apartment in the heart of the old town. Beautifully decorated with charming French antiques and art but not over decorated at all, a selection of pretty dishes and glassware that made lunches and breakfast from the daily farmers’ market in Aix a joy to prepare. Spacious, clean, super comfortable bed, elegant tub and shower, accommodations for our baby. The list goes on. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Moments from the best cafes, boulangeries and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much and slept very well here. The only thing to note with luggage and a baby, is there is no elevator and it’s 6 floors up. A good workout in the heat but the place is air conditioned and beautiful so it’s worth it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Alix’s flat in Aix-en-Provence! This was perhaps the most stunning rental we have stayed at out of dozens of them. The view from the Terrace absolutely cannot be beat and we ate outside multiple evenings listening to the occasional church bells and birds chirping. The size of the rental was just perfect for our family of 5. The rooms were clean and updated and the bathrooms really nice. The kitchen was sizable and updated and perfect for cooking several meals after picking up vegetables and meats from the nearby market. As other viewers have noted, you do have to climb four stories of steps. But it was extremely well worth it! There are several restaurants and a coffee shop just outside. If we come back to Aix we would definitely stay here again.

we loved our stay here! Carine was very responsive when we needed a place last minute. when we arrived she was welcoming & helped with recommendations. the place was exactly as listed & it was peaceful/private. i would highly recommend!

Apartment in a very good location, beautiful region. A treat!

Thanks to Laurence for her welcome, her very well-equipped accommodation (commechez soi), spacious with private and quiet garden. Beautiful birdsong and no disturbing barking. we enjoyed the calm, the Sainte Victoire mountain as well as the hike of the 2 dams (Bimont and Zola). Perfect

The accommodation offered is very clean and very well equipped. The rooms are large and the living/dining room spacious and very bright. I would recommend this rental. The owner is very attentive and available.

Amaury was a very responsive and accommodating host, especially on the time of arrival The instructions were very clear and the check-in/check-out at the accommodation was very simple The accommodation was as described, its location is ideal for exploring the Verdon. Many restaurants/shops within walking distance. The accommodation was very good value for money and was very clean and functional, the residence is quiet, the balcony is a nice plus.

Very nice studio, well equipped, comfortable bedding! We had a 10-hour drive, the self check-in is really convenient. Virginie is very responsive in exchanges, which is appreciated. We recommend this accommodation, and if we return to the area, we will gladly rent it again!

We had a very pleasant stay in a clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation, well located 15 min walk from the Rotonde. Buses pass in front of the residence. Damien was an AMAZING host! We had a funny emergency with the washing machine that resulted in him buying a new one for us during our stay. He was so fast to act and was just an incredible host. This is a great apartment if you have a car whilst in Aix, the underground private space is perfect. We enjoyed using the pool too! Thank you so much Damien
