The stay was great, it is an authentic cottage on the property where the owners also live. The house is cozy and rural and very neat and clean. It is very rural but at a good distance from all amenities and there is plenty to do if you want, many beautiful castles nearby and beautiful towns. The garden and pool are beautiful and we enjoyed this very much, as well as the sound of all the birds around us. Anne and Yvon are very attentive, friendly and helpful owners who are there for you at all times should you need this, on the other hand, they also respect your privacy. Absolutely recommended!

An amazing house - lovely decor and everything you need. Relaxing area with great walks and other towns to explore nearby. Hour host was responsive. Would highly recommend and we would like to return.

We had a great stay in this beautiful old mill. The place is very peaceful and superb. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Large swimming pool to relax after a bike ride along the Loire. Excellent welcome from Frédéric. We recommend this place.

A paradise! Wonderful terrace on the edge of the forest, where we ate meals. A beautiful well-maintained pool invited you to swim. Jasmine scent and flowering perennials as well as a vegetable garden are on the property. Evelyn and Pierre were warm and always approachable hosts. Horses, dogs and chickens keep company on the old Rosen über säten estate. Would love to come again.

Very good stay. Quiet accommodation, quiet neighborhood, 1 min from the Loire and 10 min from Tours. Ayzu was very responsive and caring with us and the pool to relax at the end of the day is great.

We had a great stay at the house in Saint-Patrice. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, the house was very clean and functional, the property had a huge number of activities and games for us to play, and the setting was beautiful and very peaceful. We would recommend it to pretty much anyone interested in the area.

We had a great time in Avignon. The pool and all the games kept us busy at the end of the day after our walks. We'll be back!

Aurélie's instructions were very clear and she was very responsive. The studio is very functional, comfortable and the atmosphere is pleasant, perfect for a stopover in Touraine. This property is very special! I loved my time at it. It is such a warm property with so much character but has all the modern elements that are needed for a comfortable longer stay. The internet speed was fantastic as well and I could telework with no issues. The property is private without feeling isolated. I would love to return to this property in the future!

It’ an unique old house located in the middle of the nature. Lovely quiet place with big garden. Patrick and Benny are really nice hosts, very friendly. We also enjoyed company of little dog Lilly and 3 peacocks.

Anna was very responsive, the house was as described and in the photos, we were able to bring our three dogs which is very important to us, several things were thought for them. Thank you again for the short stay we had.

Lovely small appartement, ideal for 2-3 guests. Clean and stylish furniture, easy parking at the entrance. Supermarket is 5 minutes away (by car). Mathieu was really friendly. Highly recommended.
