A cozy house of 3 room and kitchen located right on one of Skellefteås's finest sandy beaches, enclosed by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone stove and big windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, Wifi, dish and washing machine as well as a well-equipped kitchen. On the plot there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place year-round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Burn Cabin is a cottage with 4+1 beds, wood-burning stove and beautiful position by the lake. Our charming cottage, located by a lake on an older forested cape, is a haven for anyone who wants to experience the Swedish wilderness. Summer offers midnight sun and great fishing for pike and perch. Here, there have also been a record-breaking trout! Winter usually offers aurora or beautiful moonlight, and then it's usually lake that naps spits at the fishing enthusiasts. On the spring ice, you will get a large gray area.

Welcome to live in a private part in one half of the house with its own entrance, access to two spacious bedrooms, a living room with sofa, TV and dining area, large bathroom with both bathtub and a large shower. There is a kitchen combined with laundry and a spacious hallway. I live in the other part of the house together with my two kids. The house is close to nature and about 10 minutes by car from Skellefteå city center. Bus stop is about 800 meters from the house, ica, pizzeria and medical center about 2 km

Great fishing from the jetty or the boat that is included. proximity to forest with nice marked exercise loops. lawn to sunbathe and play on. large living room with kitchen, dining area and tv part. 2 bedrooms and new renovated bathroom with shower and WC. air heat pump that warms or cools. Own wood-fired sauna with a fire pit and charcoal grill outside. It takes 20 minutes to Skellefteå city by car using E4.

Welcome to a cozy renovated house in Kusmark, built in 1996 with quiet and secluded location right on the edge of the forest. The house is less than 20 minutes away, the house is less than 20 minutes' drive away. It is located near Kågeälven which has a wild stock of salmon, trout and harr. There are many nice paths and forest roads for those who want to exercise or just enjoy beautiful nature. You as a guest have the entire place to yourself, it is not shared with anyone outside of your reservation.

Koppla av och njut av den svenska naturen och denna fullutrustade relax i detta fridfulla boende beläget i natursköna medle, 20 minuter från Skellefteå C. Stugan har alla bekvämligheter med tv, matplats, kök (kokvrå), badrum och egen bastu. Räcker inte det så finns det en vedeldad bastu och utomhusdusch på gården som går att låna kostnadsfritt. Fina skogsstigar direkt från stugan tar dig längst älvkvanten till badplats, motionsspår, lekpark, fotbollsplan och tennisplan.

Cozy house of 110 sqm in the middle of Glommersträsk. Fantastic view from the balcony and behind the house you have Glommersträsk mountain with barbecue area on top, even up there beautiful views! Hike in the wilderness, listen to the silence or fish and swim in all beautiful lakes – from here you go with refilled energy depots. In the village there is a grocery store, gas station, outdoor pool for children + adults (100 meters from the house) and very helpful people.

Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

Maria's place was very good. There was a great nature and view of the sea. Nice with the glass veranda where we could sit when the rain came. Hosting was friendly and pleasant. I can definitely recommend this cozy cabin. Sven

Our stay in Ladan exceeded our expectations, not only because everything you could need was there (from a waffle iron to a hammock). Many of the pictures give you something to dream about, but once you have experienced the lake, the sauna and the lovely atmosphere in and around Ladan, you notice that someone has thought about what contributed to satisfaction and relaxation. Malin and David have put a lot of thought into it and that makes it even more valuable. On top of that, the two of them have a feeling for how you travel on holiday, what or which tips you might need and they will take every idea with them or even develop it further! We will be drawing on the mixture of peace, adventure and interpersonal relationships for a long time to come and wish everyone a holiday like this! Thank you very much for this opportunity!
