Great stay! The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable - with a stunning view from the top floor. Located right in Perth’s CBD, it was an easy walk to everything. The secure car park was super convenient and communication with the hosts was smooth throughout. Highly recommend!

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

We had a great stay. Bonnie is an excellent host and was really helpful with any questions we had. The units are secure with both a key lock mesh door & key coded front door. Lovely little units with good air con, smart TV and anything else you’d look for in an AirBNB. Would recommend!

It was lovely staying hear and Damian and Carmen met us on arrival. They checked in several times and gave clear instructions on check out. They couldn’t have been friendlier. The property was exactly as described and the pictures showed. The bed was really comfy and I very much enjoyed our stay there. Having travelled from the UK it really felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay again the next time I head over. Thanks for having us!

I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent. The free Cat bus was just outside with easy access to the city center. The train station was only a 15 min walk. If I ever come back to Perth I would definitely stay here again. A real home away from home.

We were greeted by our friendly and knowledgable hoste Dave and an 180 degree plus ++ Indian Ocean view ! Next a nicely fitted apartment that met all our needs, Nice and quiet being away from the highway traffic but easy access to attractions, restaurant's and public transport all made for a great stay.

We couldn’t recommend Callum’s place enough. We had never been to Perth before and upon leaving, realised we would’ve stayed forever! And Callum’s Airbnb played a massive part in that. From the privacy of the accommodation to the at-home and modern feel, it was truly a home away from home. Callum was a brilliant host, with prompt responses to any questions or queries we had and had even set out a lovely little welcome package of goodies for us when we arrived. To say it was the perfect stay would be an understatement and we would - in a heartbeat - book again; next time for as long as we can! Thank you Callum for making our week in Perth something to remember.

Such a lovely home in a great area. Host was very responsive and generous with amenities and flexible to your needs. Luxury bed, linen and towels which was great. Would certainly stay again!

The place was as described, with a spacious balcony offering great views. Living area was a good size. The apartment is located in a quiet building with no noise issues. The area is pleasant for walking, with a park and river views nearby. An excellent French bakery is within a 10-minute walk (it is on Rachele's suggestion list). Rachele was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

very clean and sleek interior as the photos represent, great wide view of the sea, close enough to local amenities and easily accessible to the rest of Perth. Laura was a very friendly and helpful host, offering to go the extra mile to supply a non-essential item for the house. She was very prompt in replies and helpful. I would recommend if you were looking for an affordable beachside getaway.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Brad’s apartment and would absolutely love to return in the future. The place was not only clean and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full set of kitchen appliances. The coffee machine was an especially nice bonus that made our mornings even better. My two kids adored the apartment—they felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. What a beautiful apartment !!! With views over the swan River Enjoying breakfast on the balcony Andrew the host met the four of us to explain access ,Amazing location ! Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . There aren’t enough characters available to describe how beautiful this apartment is .. the view, outdoor area and spa are amazing .. the kitchen and Bbq area is fully equipped . The bed and pillows are the best you can get . There is nothing negative to say about this property, the owners genuinely care about their guests . I would highly recommend this apartment. We are from Brisbane , but the next time we go to Perth this will be our go to accommodation

Beautiful apartment-well kept and maintained. Instructions were spot on. View was spectacular and it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer wasn’t working, but other than that it was flawless!

Amazing stay at Justine & lans they were super easy to deal with even when I was super difficult locking my self out. And we’re super understanding of my inability to reply whilst heading to work
