I stay in a lot of airbnbs every year and I’d have to rank this as one of the best. Everything is clean, modern, and updated. Furniture is high quality. The beds are amazing. The neighborhood is also quiet and peaceful. I wish I lived at this Airbnb, my entire crew and myself loved it.

Great place to stay . Very roomy lots of couches outside space was great. Comfortable beds the kitchen was great. They had everything you’d need. Totally recommend this place.

Great location...close to food, shopping and the RecPlex. Townhouse was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

Thank you for the great set up in your home for a fun filled family long weekend while we celebrated our son’s graduation. The home had a very large open floor plan which made for a great set up for our large family. They loved the huge sun porch with table and chairs, large backyard, hot tub, pool and we had a fire every night at the fire pit with s’mores. The home is clean and maintained well and it was easy to communicate with Hannah. Thanks so much for the great Airbnb!

We came to town for the Redbull soapbox derby and it was a nice quiet convenient place to come back to and relax. The pool, yard games and hot tub were nice for the young adults with us.

Beautiful and comfortable home! This house is a delight with lots of charming details and amenities. The house offers plenty of square footage with multi-use rooms and spaces throughout. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so much fun. We were in town to visit our son for his college graduation from Drake University. This home made the weekend even better for our family to celebrate the occasion. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

We absolutely loved our time here. This place is a gem - 10/10. The host was very welcoming, had wonderful communication and went above and beyond for our stay. The house is incredible, the pool and hot tub were amazing and everything is maintained very well. I saw some reviews about there only being one bathroom with a shower, our group of ladies were aware and planned accordingly and it was no issue for us at all (there is more than one bathroom to clarify, just one with a shower). There are TONS of comfortable spots throughout the house to get ready. We had many plans to get out in Des Moines while visiting, and we truly just never wanted to leave the house, we were enjoying it that much. We are already looking for dates to come back next year. Enjoyed our stay - would definitely stay here again. Fourth bedroom was not private, but it worked fine for us! The basement was a great space - the kids loved it and the adults as well! Colby was great to work with and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at the Margaret Anne in Des Moines! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, and in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It easily accommodated four adults and an infant, and we appreciated how family-friendly the space was. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay again.

The home is very clean and as described. Elaina is quick to respond with any questions and very helpful. There was an issue with our initial home we rented that was unexpected and beyond her control and she went out of her way to help us get into this home. We are very grateful for all she does!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jane's property. It is located in a quiet suburban area, only a few minutes from downtown De Moines, with a modest small town residential feel. The home is excellently maintained. Jane definitely a "super host" ... friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Her property demonstrates her pride in ownership and attention to details, for example clear labeling of the kichen equipment and other items for guest use. We would recommend that you consider staying in this property if you have occasion to be in the Des Moines metro area.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very homey. Plenty of towels. Very good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen appeared stocked. We didn’t use the kitchen but you definitely could cook a meal. The living room was great to relax in and the back patio was inviting with chairs to sit in. This was a lovely place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Loved our stay in Des Moines! My brother in laws and I came in town for a half Ironman. Debbie was amazing to work with through the entire process and it turns out she had done some herself. So in addition to a beautiful home, with great accommodations, we also received helpful tips and words of motivation from her as well. Race weekend turned into a full family affair and l can’t thank her enough for her flexibility in working with us to make the stay as comfortable as possible for everyone involved. Some “on the fly”adjustments were made and she was extremely helpful and gracious throughout. Thank you for making such a special weekend that much better! “Iowa Nice” was experienced in full effect!

This was probably my best Airbnb experience thus far. The home was beautiful and extremely kid friendly with toys/baby gates/high chair and more. One other perk of the home is the bedrooms are on the other side of the house with a long hallway separating the kitchen and living room from them. This makes for a great place for kids to nap while the adults hang out without disturbing them. The house is extremely well kept, cozy, and will make you feel right at home. Also, if you have a question, just message the host and ask. She’s extremely friendly and responsive. If I ever come back to Des Moines and this place is available I will absolutely be staying again.

Beautiful home with a lot of special touches like snacks, full size shampoo, conditioner & body soap. Extra blankets, fully stocked kitchen with spices.

We had a great time. 5 cousins that had not all been together for over 10 years. The house was very spacious. We spent most of our time on the beautiful back porch catching up. We never even made it to the game room in the basement. Justin had a book that told us about the home and how we could take care of it. So much better than a hotel and Trang to find a space for us all to congregate!

We loved staying here. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Nicely furnished and updated. Host gave clear and easy instructions for arrival and departure. Close to a running trail for the runners, as well as nearby food and stores. The back deck was very peaceful. Would book again!

Very quaint. Very clean. They have TVs in both bedrooms which we love and all the apps loaded so very easy to use

Stayed here for a weekend and wish we stayed longer. Incredible decor everywhere you turn, and I loved the game room! Far away from the hustle and bustle but still easy to access everything you need in town. I had some trouble with the lock and Amanda was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
