Karen’s place was very comfortable and in a safe neighbourhood. We had a very Pleasant stay. Karen was prompt in responding to emails and messages. Will definitely recommend this place for friends and families.

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at! The area was clean and looked even better than the photos. It was so serene and was a nice oasis away from our busy schedule. Rob was the perfect host who was responsive and friendly. He even invited us to the neighborhood block party he was hosting! We would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Katie was wonderful! She was very responsive and even helped us adjust our stay due to some changes in our schedule. My husband and I both worked from the house and it was perfect. Internet work really well. We would definitely stay again

I was in town for a family event, and Greg's place was perfect for my needs. I was looking for a clean, comfortable, and easily accessible space—and that’s exactly what I got. I travel frequently for work, and the bed here was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I also felt completely safe returning alone after dark. Greg is a fantastic host who responded quickly to any questions. I especially appreciated that, before check-in, he sent a link with recommendations for local spots and a helpful video showing the drive from the main road to the driveway. That extra effort made everything so much easier. I would absolutely recommend Greg’s place and would happily stay again.

This is our 2nd stay here. Last time, we told Armando we had a wonderful time and asked if it was possible to get a few things: an extra lid for a pan, a food processor, and some tea bags (he had provided coffee). He went and bought them immediately! And not just a plain box of tea - 8 varieties. In addition, there’s now an Alexa Echo in the kitchen, both helpful and entertaining. We had a relaxing week in a comfortable clean house. There’s no reason to stay anywhere else!

House was very clean, exactly as described, and was great for our family for a couple nights!! Matt and Dawn were very responsive with any questions I had in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay again!

Eric’s place was as pictured and we enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and nestled away in a quiet neighborhood. All of our activities were 30 min or more away but we didn’t mind the drive. If you looking to be super close to the city this may not be where you want to stay. Didn’t have to communicate any issues to Eric but I did notify him of some findings on the property (nothing bad) and he responded instantly. Check in was a breeze and checkout was quick. Home also came with nice kitchen appliances and a few games in the living room. Has a large deck and plenty of green space in the backyard. I would stay here again.

Great spot to stay. Very close to downtown. I was taking Lime scooters in to a conference and was there in 5-10 minutes. Apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures

I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was so clean and had everything I needed. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host, who left some snacks and water (much needed after getting in on a late flight!). I also enjoyed the neighborhood and was able to walk to get coffee. So lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Eddie and Kay's place is located in a GORGEOUS neighborhood. This historic district has lovely homes, perfect for walking downtown (half a mile easy walk)..... this particular stay is a couple of blocks from the Governor's Mansion. The neighborhood felt super-safe. The only thing to know is that parking is street-only..... and you can only park for 2 hours M-F. It was not an issue for me..... but keep this in mind. Maybe Eddie and Kay have a solution if you absolutely need to park your car for longer than 2 hours?? The space is an older unit..... but charming. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a full kitchen. I actually cooked and it was a great perk. *** Take a good inventory of what's available to cook with and then go shopping *** The AC worked great. I ran into Eddie and he couldn't have been more charming..... other than that, he respected my privacy. I would stay here again.... and again..... and again. Perfect for one, two would be fine, as well.

Had a nice stay! Easy check in and designated parking space was nice too. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of food options nearby and a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

Had a great stay with Bob on our trip to Raleigh! The location was super convenient for us to bounce around town. Bob was very responsive when I had a question or two, excellent host. The space is kind of “no frills” but was perfect for our needs and an excellent value. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to Raleigh.

Kristal was an amazing host all the way around. A day before arrival she provided check-in and check-out instructions. Anything I needed to let her know. The condo was perfect for what I needed. It’s beautiful! Nice, safe, secured and clean! Great location-minutes from downtown. I truly enjoyed my stay here. I will be coming back for sure 100% recommended!!

Patti’s house is located in walking distance to Cameron Village. We enjoyed her clean, comfortable house. The living room had plenty of seating and the beds were comfortable. Patti was quick to respond when we had a question.

I was in the area for work and this is a great place to stay - super comfy with all you need for a short or long stay, with a kind and responsive host.
