Amazing place to stay at, will definitely book again if I plan another trip in the area!

I think that it was a good deal for anyone needing to stay close to downtown. I think that the walk from the driveway to the apartment under the home was a bit treacherous at night with luggage. It was definitely a struggle for a bit as a person with minor mobility issues. But overall host was great, quiet, responsive.

Went to Raleigh for a night and this place was amazing. Views were lovely, felt right at home. Timothy was very informative & easy to talk to. Can’t wait to go again.

Perfect location. Close enough to walk but far enough that there was no noise issues. It was about 3-4 blocks to a lot of bars and restaurants. It was the "college" area so there was a lot of young adults on the streets at night but we were able to find spots that fit our crowd. We just used the space to sleep and get ready and it fit our needs perfectly. Lauren was responsive and a helpful host. We would stay here again.

5 Star clean and comfy bed geat place to stay and Daniel is awsome.

Everything was great only thing is got there twenty minutes early and we agreed to ten dollars but i couldnt get app too work but ten bucks comon only 20 minutes other than that great stay

This property was what I needed and the co host Christos helped me out a lot! When I was locked out he came and made sure I got back into the airbnb. Definitely recommend this property

Great place to stay in Clayton, NC. We were back in town for a wedding on Main Street, Clayton. This was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and close to everything we needed to do.

Great spot to stay! Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and very walkable. Parking is tough after 9:00pm so be prepared to park and leave your vehicle.

I highly recommend staying here, a great deal for the price especially with 2 bedrooms. Smelled nice throughout the entire apartment. Everything you need as far as soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and washcloths are provided. Bowls, plates, cups, and silverware along with paper towels are also provided. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The only thing to take note of is that there’s a tobacco store right across the street from the apartment and it’s very noisy with the amount of people who go in and out all day and hang around. Other than the tobacco store being noisy, I would highly recommend staying here especially with the location being close to downtown. Thanks again for having me!

He is extremely attentive and responsive. We had a situation and he had an immediate response and took take of it without giving it a second thought. The space was clean and smelled excellent. A great number of towels were provided and the blankets were perfect and kept everyone warm

Flawless✨ I hope others have a great experience here. Host was responsive and more than accommodating to our needs. Everything was clean! Probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. There was tea/coffee area that was the perfect add. I only have positive things to say about this place.

It was one of the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed. The place was exactly as it looked in the pictures, it was really clean and everything was so comfortable. The pool area, the gym and the sky deck are absolutely beautiful, and we were able to use them, which was really nice. The place where is located is very beautiful and it was very close to all the places we needed to be. It felt very safe to be there. Grace was very friendly and responded really quickly to all of my questions, which I really appreciate. I would 100% recommend to stay there if you are in Raleigh.

I loved the location of the apartment. It was in the center of the busiest part of Raleigh, so there was so much to do and so much to see. Awesome restaurant collection all walking distance. The place was spacious and clean. Loved walking out to the balcony just to get some sun. There was a bathroom for each bedroom and the kitchen came equipped with everything we needed. Thank you so much for a great stay. I would definitely come here again.

Five star property! This property is in a great location across the street from the NC State University campus. Convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. The photos are perfectly accurate of the apartment, there were no surprises. We traveled by plane and were pleasantly surprised by how well the apartment was stocked with necessities. Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc were all there for us which was a huge help. We had a minor issues figuring out how to get the AC to work upon our arrival and the host was extremely responsive and quick to help us resolve the AC. This was around 11:00 pm and he was there for us and super helpful. He could not have been more accommodating....A+ service! We highly recommend this property and will absolutely stay there again in the future.
