Apartment holiday rentals in Johns Island

We loved our stay at Tim’s place! It had the charm of the historic homes in Charleston while being modern. It had a comfy homey feel. It was walking distance to king street, the battery, etc. while still being quiet and private! Also centrally located by car to mount pleasant, shem creek, Sullivans island, folly beach and more! It had an off street parking space with an ev charger. Tim had nice little touches, including some snacks, coffee, and complimentary bottle of wine that we enjoyed on the front patio by the fountain! We will definitely be staying again when we head back to Charleston!

We LOVED Ashley’s place! Perfect for a girls weekend away with so much to do just outside the place! Walkable to everything including amazing restaurants, shopping, and rooftop bars! Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Charleston ☺️

Danielle’s place was perfect. Quiet and peaceful. Not too far from downtown but not too close. The place was exactly as described. Wish we would’ve had more time to get toured around but had a pretty full itinerary. We’ll definitely be back for an introduction to all of the animals. Would highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was amazing, super walkable to the beach and a very easy drive to downtown Charleston. Brian was a wonderful host- the amenities and accommodations were great! Everything was clearly labeled throughout the place making it easy to use everything, and he also provided bikes, sunscreen, and beach supplies. We will absolutely be trying to stay here anytime we come to the area.

The Rustic Roost is very cute on the inside with beautiful green grass on the outside. The space had everything we needed to accommodate my family of four + our 12 year old pup. Great location for us as we were visiting for a busy graduation weekend. Owners let us know of an Adventure park nearby as well & our boys LOVED IT! Plenty of linens available for showering, blankets, & sheets if needed for the futon. We are already looking forward to our next adventure with TRR next year!🐓

We came for a wedding and had a lovely stay. The interior was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for the two of us and we really appreciated the beach chairs. Would highly recommend it! Hope to visit again one day!

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing! We went for our honeymoon for 7 days and we were actually able to meet the host and she was so kind! Brought us fresh towels before we even ran out of the ones we had! The home was clean and the perfect space for 2!

Nice condo in a beautiful area. Very peaceful. Short walk to a perfect beach. Nice patio with view of trees. Very relaxing.

Our stay in Summerville was everything we hoped for and more! Justin’s place was crystal clean, cozy, and full of charm. We loved walking the neighborhood to view other historic homes and exploring and dining in downtown Summerville. It was the perfect escape to relax and take it slow, but still visit Charleston in one weekend. We will definitely be back!

Easy to find, quiet and peaceful area with walkable restaurants, parks and about a 20 minute car ride downtown Charleston. Enjoyed our stay and forsee ourselves booking this one again!

As an interior designer, I enjoyed this well designed villa of Ashley’s. It felt like home, and made for a comfortable stay with our family. The villa was well stocked with amenities, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was a quick bike ride to the beach, and the views from the villa were beautiful. It felt like a Nancy Meyer’s set! Ashley was very kind and helpful as well. If we go back to visit Kiawah, we will stay again! Thank you!

You step out onto the balcony and find yourself in the heart of Folly Beach business district. Anything you need is within short walking distance. Surprisingly though, the back bedroom where you’ll be sleeping is quiet & the bed is comfortable so you’ll be sure to get a great night’s sleep after a full day of exploring FB. The unit itself is small but well equipped with anything you might need — including a full kitchen. Would 100% stay here again.

This apartment was exactly as pictured and described. Right in the heart of Park Circle. It was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It can get a little loud at night, but nothing too crazy most of the time. The accommodation also comes with white noise machines, which definitely helped. The hosts were fantastic, super communicative, and easy to get in touch with. Ubers to downtown Charleston are relatively quick and inexpensive, and the restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance are fantastic. Definitely check out Jackrabbit Filly and Orange Spot while in the neighborhood. I would recommend this apartment, and StayDuvet, to anyone and would certainly stay here again.

The place is really beautiful I love the tub and a plus is a cute doggy next door! I loved the decor and the tv was pretty cool To be honest

What a beautiful location! Some of the most stunning sunsets I've ever seen! Great grocery store conveniently located close by! Close to restaurants and shopping!

This place was absolutely perfect! Everything about it was phenomenal. Gorgeous and immaculate interior. Nice location close to King Street. We hope to someday go back again!

Great place! We enjoyed our stay very much!

This was the perfect little getaway in its own little paradise. The apartment was spotless and Cliff ( the host) communicated well. The only problem we had was a misunderstanding on my part. This entire property is non smoking, not just the apartment itself, or the balcony, so if you’re a smoker, they just ask that you take a short walk(very short) to the road and smoke off property. This apt. Is located directly above the leasing office so the location is great! Close to all the amenities! Property is clean, we took the dog and there was very little evidence that it was a dog friendly complex. Owners very responsible about cleaning up after their little ones, and the dog park located within the complex is nice as well. Overall great stay and even though the smoking miscommunication that we had ( thought smoking on balcony was permitted) was a little inconvenience, we would stay again if cliff would have us! Cliff was always very quick to respond and very understanding! A++

Maxx did a great job making sure we had a place to stay for our beautiful weekend at Edisto! it was cozy and quite a blast. he's a 5 star host and we just love Edisto

Serenity’s property was absolutely amazing. Very spacious and clean. Enough room 10 people. We will definitely book again with her. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend the host and the property
