Holiday rentals with a patio in Joannas

Nathalie and Fred are lovely hosts: thank you for the quality and warmth of your welcome as well as for your availability. The apartment is perfect: quiet, very spacious, impeccable, perfectly equipped, close to shops. The bedding is extremely comfortable. We felt at home, will come back without hesitation and recommend this accommodation.

Philippe is a responsive and attentive host. The accommodation is clean, spacious and bright, very well located for visiting the surroundings and with a beautiful view of the river.

We were so excited to find “Le Jardin”. What a gem. It became our little secret in the heart of this lovely town, and we delighted in coming ‘home’ at the end of each day of tripping around the countryside. Free parking was conveniently just down the road, and with every kind of store one could need also only steps away, it was heaven. Don’t get me started on the weekly Saturday market! Beautiful fresh food of every description which we relished taking back to our private courtyard, where we had just about every meal. Great kitchen. A washing machine. Small but sparklingly clean bathroom. We loved all of it!

Yann and Jan are exceptional hosts, the welcome, the kindness, the decoration, the property, the amenities...this duplex enjoys a superb unobstructed view. the place is just AMAZING, the stones, the exposed beams... the authenticity of the place makes it feel extremely good! Yann even decorated the apartment for our birthday, it was very well done and with great attention. We had an exceptional stay and the medieval village and restaurants nearby are delicious . it was a timeless experience, a total change of scenery!

Excellent two week stay in Olivier’s lovely apartment. Beautifully renovated to give a great mix of modern and character. The stone walls are beautiful. Overall very spacious - two large bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms. Kitchen dining area enormous. Jacuzzi and roof terrace a bonus. There are lots of stairs as noted but very manageable. There is great safe and accessible bike storage and riding from the front door fabulous. Oliver was very responsive both before and after booking and check in. On request supplied us with a filter coffee machine. Barjac is a charming village close to the Ardeche and Cèze rivers for all manner of outdoor activities. Overall a fabulous stay, well recommended. We had a great time in Goudargues thanks to the location of the accommodation, the welcome, the recommendations of the restaurants to visit and the decor of the accommodation. The village cafe 30 seconds from the accommodation contributes a lot to soaking up the beautiful atmosphere of the south. A wonderful vacation!!

The place is ideally located. Close to the train and bus station, if you come by car there are large free parking lots. The convention center is not far away, you can very easily do a show or concert and walk back. It is in front of a pleasant and wooded park. Next to the Provençal alleys, where there are a multitude of restaurants and bars. We arrived late at night but no worries, it is done independently. The accommodation is cute, spacious, and clean. Marie provides us with a small kitchen, fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker. Communication with the host is clear and precise. Marie responds quickly if we have any questions. If the opportunity arises, I will return with great pleasure.

Hilary is very welcoming and her accommodation is very well equipped, you will not want for anything! The residential area is very quiet, located at the crossroads of the main tourist sites to discover. Castles, villages of the Drôme Provençale, the Haut Vaucluse or the Ardèche are quickly accessible. This apartment is a nice discovery that I highly recommend!

A magical place, set in the middle of nature! Interior of the house impeccable but the best is the exterior. With the summer kitchen, the pool, the view, the petanque court. Amazing, I would recommend!

We had a great stay for two at Nathalie's and her family's place. She and her husband welcomed us warmly and explained everything. The location is fantastic. Very quiet, perfect for relaxing. You have the choice of whether you want to drive to the numerous places or enjoy the tranquility. You also have the opportunity to take active vacations or do sightseeing. You can always end the evening relaxing by the pool. We definitely recommend the place

Great stay in the middle of nature! We had an exceptional stay with 3 families (13 people) in this spacious and comfortable house. The setting is magical: located in the heart of nature, the place offers absolute calm and a breathtaking view of the Ardèche mountains. The house is impeccable, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The amenities are new and of very good quality. A paradise for children (game room, ping pong, foosball, arcade games, darts, and especially a heated pool!) The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and clean. The kitchen opens onto the large terrace, ideal for preparing good meals in a group while enjoying the setting. Several trails start directly from the house, allowing you to discover the beauty of the surrounding landscapes. Whether it's a family outing or a more athletic hike, there's something for everyone. Geneviève and Michel are very welcoming and friendly hosts. It was a great honor to meet them. Cares about the well-being of the tenants. Chalet in line with our expectations, very quiet, a dream landscape, postcard. Peaceful. Many hikes possible near the accommodation. Thank you very much Genevieve and Michel. This is a fantastic place to stay. The villa itself is immaculate, and like a luxury boutique hotel. Pascal and Bridget are incredibly nice and helpful. The area is beautiful as well. I cannot recommend this stay highly enough.

We were looking for a feeling of "alone in the world" lost in a generous nature, and bingo! All while having the comfort of a well-equipped and warm home. François is very attentive and responsive, very pleasant too. The view is memorable, the surrounding hikes wonderful. We loved the songs of the birds and the river below. We recommend it 100%!

Beautiful old apartment, really spacious and classy. Pictures didn’t really do it justice. Large, well equipped kitchen. Cool indoors in hot weather and big balcony overlooking the garden / surrounding hills was gorgeous. Mosquito nets on all the windows a big plus. Right in the heart of the town but really chilled. A few noisy motors at night but otherwise tranquil. Also loved the big communal garden with wild herbs, friendly neighbours and pétanque. Will definitely recommend and come back

The apartment is actually much better than in the photos, tasteful, very comfortable and very clean. As for the terrace (not to mention it at the risk of not being able to return if there are too many candidates), a real paradise.

We had a great week at Christiane's place. She's a lovely person! Very responsive and caring for its hosts . The estate is beautiful. There is plenty to do in terms of leisure ( jogging, walks, swimming pools, bowling, cinema, mini golf, restaurants ect...). The accommodation is ideally located in front of such pretty sites . We really enjoyed the air conditioning. the little terrace is appreciated . We'll be happy to go back. 😊 Thanks again Christiane!

Beautiful quality accommodation located in a very quiet and relaxing place. Stéphane is a quality host, very welcoming and available.

We had a very nice week in Salavas. The property was clean and according to the listing. Sheets and towels were provided, but we had to make the beds ourselves. The wifi is slow, but we didn't need much anyway, as we were on the road most of the time and explored the many beautiful places in the area. The kids enjoyed the pool and the animation (despite lack of French knowledge). We will be happy to come back.
