The 30th floor and 31st floor roof top terrace are very cool and worth checking out. Brad & Tara’s place is immaculate and they are amazing hosts. Super repsonsive and check in and check out was easy. Secure parking with dedicated spot. Location is close to many attractions in San Jose like museums, shopping, and great restaurants. Walking distance to Sabana park and plenty of restaurants. And short drive to some of the best restaurants in San Jose like Furca, Nunc City Gardens, En Boca, and Grano de Oro. The views of the city and mountains are insane from the 27th floor unit. And the furniture and bed are so comfy, feels like home away from home. We live in Costa Rica on the coast and have to go to SJ from time to time. And will for sure stay here again!!

Johnnys place was perfect. His apartment had everything you needed - washer and dryer, hair dryer, even a clothes steamer. The apartment was in a super safe area and not far from downtown San Jose and places like Central Market. The balcony view was amazing and the rooftop pool -- unbeatable. I absolutely recommend this spot !!!

We had a very pleasant stay at the place! It has a cool mountain view and you can hear the birds chirping. When we needed something for the unit, Pedro came right over and he's a super duper nice guy!! We love the big TV in the living room and how the kitchen had a few extras like coffee, sugar, tea, etc. Highly recommend the place ❤️

The location was perfect! It was just a block away from tons of restaurants, a market and shops. We felt very safe and the apartment was super cute and comfortable. Jennifer was very responsive and had great recommendations on places to eat and things to do.

This type of apartment is exactly what we consider ideal for long stays. The apartment is brand new, with all new items and plenty of comfort—from the bed and shower to the living room and kitchen. The condominium offers great amenities, such as a gym, swimming pool, game room, and an excellent coworking space with fast internet. The host was always very helpful, assisting us with everything we needed and answering all our questions. The location is also excellent: there is a supermarket very close by, several restaurants right across from the building, and a park just a few minutes’ walk away. The parking garage is great, and Uber arrives quickly, making it easy to get to the city center. In short, the apartment’s structure and everything it offers stand out. I hope all my future long stays on Airbnb are as good as this one.

Very nice loft style apartment with really big windows and a beautiful balcony overlooking the entire city with view of the mountains in the background as long as you look for the name of the building, you will be OK

Our stay at this condo was truly unforgettable! The space is just as beautiful as the listing shows—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The view from the condo was absolutely breathtaking; we found ourselves soaking it in every morning and evening. We loved the convenience of having several great restaurants just a short walk across the street, which made dining out easy and stress-free. The area felt very safe, and getting around was simple with easy access to transportation. What really made our experience stand out was the host. They were incredibly responsive, checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and gave us wonderful suggestions that helped us make the most of our time in Costa Rica. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area—and without a doubt, we would stay here again. 🇨🇷 PURA VIDA!

Nuestra estadía fue excelente, el edificio es realmente muy lindo, muchos lugares para comer alrededor. La atención fue excelente. Conversamos por un check aun más flexible y fue 10/10. Pero como sugerencia deben mejorar la cama, de paso todo bien por más lo pensaría. Muchas muchas gracias !!!

Our stay with started off excellent with the host allowing us to check in early which we very much needed. Not only was the inside of the apartment very lovely and easy to find and check in but the neighborhood itself was peaceful, beautiful and lovely as well. We absolutely loved our stay here and would stay here again.

O apartamento é excelente - muito bem equipado, com tudo o que você precisa para uma estadia confortável. A vista da varanda é linda e torna o ambiente ainda mais especial. O prédio conta com comodidades incríveis, como academia bem equipada e uma piscina ótima para relaxar. Os anfitriões foram super atenciosos e sempre rápidos nas respostas, o que fez toda a diferença. A localização também é ótima, com restaurantes, mercados e parques bem próximos. Recomendo muito e com certeza voltaria!
