The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The ONE ROOM flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Optional breakfast price €10 per person. Lunch and evening meals €12. Apartment, 1-room in a skyscraper with elevator on the 1st floor. View of the green square. The apartment is warm, cozy, sunny, old-school style. The room has a double bed, desk, armchair, TV. Kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, cordless kettle, dishes) and bathroom after general renovation - cabin. The apartment has a very good location. Bus stop 3 min away. Getting to the centre (Galaxy, Cascade) takes 5 minutes. There's a store and a Manhattan market nearby.

The studio is designed for two people who value comfort and privacy. Great location in the center of Szczecin! Convenient access from the railway station (by tram) takes 17 minutes with access:). Nearby there are shops: Żabka, Społem and a bakery. The apartment is on the first floor

We enjoyed the stay very much. The accommodation was very clean and also very centrally located in Szczecin. We were able to reach all restaurants and cafes on foot. The check-in was also very easy and well described. Communication worked out very well. A free parking space was also available. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the apartment to everyone!

Great location, close to everything. Great view of Wały Chrobrego, close location for walks along the Oder. Clean and cozy. Aesthetic furniture and equipment of the apartment. Great communication with the host, the ability to agree on the check-in.
