Great villa, felt even better than the pictures! Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Looks just like the photos. Ivan is so welcoming he was there to greet us when we arrived. He was extremely responsive and helpful and even called to check in on us to make sure we got out ok. Would absolutely recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa! The view is absolutely breathtaking — easily the best part of the villa and something you'll never get tired of. The driveway is very steep, which can be a bit intimidating at first, but once you've done it once, it's totally manageable. The villa itself is clean, comfortable, and truly lives up to its name — peaceful and private. The host is incredibly sweet and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with unforgettable scenery!

Petar was wonderful, advising on all sorts to make our stay perfect. The villa is stunning and the view breathtaking, it’s peaceful and quiet. It is out of the way and not really walkable to anywhere. We decided to rely on taxis and didn’t get on with uber, but found the following company great and would recommend them TAXI PODSTRANA ŠKERY. Petar had thought of everything, every room was perfect, comfy beds, AC, beautiful en-suite, fully equipped kitchen and Petar very kindly grabbed some essentials for us when we first arrived which was very kind. You can’t drink the tap water but this wasn’t an issue, at the end of every day trip we asked the taxi driver to stop at a shop and we brought a load back home. The outside grill was great too. The pool was amazing and my 4&6 yr old nephews spent more time in that than anything else! We had a fantastic time and we couldn’t have asked for more from the villa or Petar, we were sorry to leave.

Anita and Domagoj are great hosts. We are a family of five adults. We arrived quite hungry and were served delicious sandwiches by the hosts. The place is clean and well equipped. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zu frieden! Die Anbieterin war sehr freundlich und hat immer zeitnah auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig geliegen.

Jag bodde i Markos Villa med mina kompisar i en vecka och alla var riktigt nöjda. Våra redan höga förväntningar överträffades när vi kom dit. Väldigt fräscht inomhus och utomhus. Marko tog emot oss väl och såg till att vi skulle trivas. Något som inte nämns i beskrivningen är högtalarna både inomhus och vid poolen som användes frekvent. Fanns både riktigt bra yta för att äta middag ute samt soffgrupp vid poolen för mer häng-tid. Det enda negativa jag har är att vägen dit inte var den lättaste. Överlag, välskött hus med bra service. Supernöjd och kan verkligen rekommendera det.

Five stars from the moment I reached out to the host. I booked this villa for my friends hen do and Zvonimir was super helpful right from the start, he booked our airport transfers, and organised food as we landed late, helped with trips etc. We wanted a third bed in one room so he got us an extra bed, nothing was a problem. So responsive which is great. The villa itself is stunning. It is exactly, and I mean exactly like the photos. It was perfect and I’d go back in a heartbeat. It was private with lovely sea views. So so happy I found this gem. And a very reasonable price for what you get, it was amazing. Thank you so much for our lovely stay!

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

My family and I had a fabulous stay in Iva’s beautiful home. The pictures were accurate and there was ample room for all 10 of us. Iva and Stipe were helpful providing recommendations and providing anything we needed for our stay. The home is a bit of a walk to the town but if that’s not an issue, don’t hesitate- book it! You won’t be disappointed!

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à Split grâce à ce logement ! Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux encore. La maison est très bien équipée, propre, fonctionnelle et idéale pour un groupe. La piscine et le jacuzzi offrent une vue magnifique sur la ville, un vrai petit coin de paradis. Karlo a été très réactif pour la réservation et de très bon conseil en nous proposant de belles adresses. Son père nous a également accueillis chaleureusement sur place. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, je recommande à 100 % !

We had a long stay at Marin’s lovely villa. The sunset views down the mountain over the sea are breathtaking, as are the mountain views around. There are lovely scenic walks in the area. Marin was extremely helpful and responsive, attending to any issues we had quickly and effectively, even switching internet provider after we had some connectivity issues. He also agreed to keep the pool full and heated beyond the summer season so we could enjoy it - weather was great well into November. The kitchen is a wonderful social area, fully stocked. Combined with the huge living area, pool and games room, the villa is the perfect place for entertaining. Use of the olive field in front and private play area also makes it ideal for families. There is also a larger public playground a few minutes walk. We made full use of the barbecue and our guests were delighted with the delicious peka Marin’s father cooked for us. Definitely recommend villa Morena!

Our stay at this villa was fabulous! The bedrooms and en-suites were lovely and clean. The pool area was nice with 4 loungers and 4 deck chairs and a large table we could all sit around. The coverings were great to provide shade as well. I would really recommend if you’re looking for a lovely villa with enough space for 8 people to relax and sunbathe in! The location was good too if you want somewhere peaceful and out of a city/town. There is a supermarket within 15min walk and a couple of restaurants and beach bars within a 5-10min walk. It’s only a 5min walk to and from the beach which was great. There is a bus stop round the corner from the villa with buses every 30 mins to Split. The wine provided by Igor was great too! Couldn’t fault this place and we’d love to come back

Marin’s place was perfect for our 3 families, and he was super accommodating to provide 3 pack and plays and high chairs for our kids. We loved eating on the patio every day, just beautiful.

Een van de beste vakantie ervaring in tijden! Wij waren hier met 6 jongens en 4 meiden tussen de 20-25 jaar oud en hebben een top tijd gehad. Wij kregen een warm welkom bij aankomst door Petra en haar familie met hun heerlijke eigen gemaakte honingdrankje. De familie was enorm gastvrij en vriendelijk waardoor wij ons meteen helemaal thuis voelden. De rest van de week verliep het contact met Petra heel soepel en heeft de familie ons heel erg geholpen met ons verblijf gedurende de week. Het huis zelf heeft voor de rest alles wat nodig is voor een top vakantie! Een grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte, fijne en hele moderne slaap- en badkamers en een top zwembad (die elke ochtend schoongemaakt werd) met een buiten grill. Ook is er een klein voetbalveldje. De omgeving is prachtig en heel rustgevend. Met een half uur rijden van Split is dit ook een goede uitvalsbasis voor de rest van de omgeving. Al met al zeker weten een aanrader! Wir waren mit einer Freundesgruppe von 9 Leuten in der Unterkunft und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Aussicht und Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist makellos und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Kontakt zum Besitzer der Unterkunft (bzw. dem Sohn) hat problemlos funktioniert. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wow what can I say, this villa is perfect in every way, the photos don’t do it justice how beautiful it is, surrounded by mountains, it is a beautiful home with a stunning pool and the outdoor kitchen was incredible and where we spent most of our time. Laura and her family couldn’t have been more accommodating, we arrived to drinks and some food and a homemade cake by Laura’s mum which was delicious, we were also treated to a traditional Croatian meal one night cooked by Laura’s mum which was incredible. This villa has everything you could need for a holiday, with a shop across the road, bar/cafe and takeaway & butchers round the corner. Not forgetting the tennis court! We also enjoyed some trips to Omiš where the beach is stunning and has some lovely restaurants, not touristy at all and so unspoiled. We hope to return to this amazing villa one day. Thank you again to Laura & het family for making our trip so special!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was walkable to town (where parking can be limited) and a few markets. It is also quiet and tucked away at the end of the street. The host was great - very responsive and helpful when we needed it. We even forgot an important item upon our departure and they have already sent it to us. The house is adjacent to a trail that leads to the mountaintop and beautiful views of Omis and we took advantage of this more than once. The house itself is spacious, spotless and has all the amenities we could ask for. We would stay here again if our travels bring us to Omis ever again!

Outstanding Villa with breathtaking views. Very helpful at check in with recommendations on where to eat and clear instructions. The two men that checked us in went over and above, we asked for help one day and they turned up within 10 minutes. They really have thought of everything and was more than a home from home. Felt impossible to leave!! Must stay!! Will recommend to anyone visiting split. It is up a hill but Ubers are easy enough to old town and 10/15 euro. We loved staying here. The large pool and the garage games room were both personal favourites of ours. We thought the location was perfect, in close proximity to Split and other local attractions but situated in a tranquil valley away from the bustling city.

This home was gorgeous! The host recommended a local restaurant for dinner that was amazing! Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi and being able to play in the playground. It was quiet and peaceful being away from the city. A perfect place to relax.

The accommodation was just right for our men's trip. The decor of the house was exceptional. The view was breathtaking and the area was very quiet. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi/Uber to get to the old town of Split. All in all, excellent accommodation. Many thanks to the hosts.
