Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

A centrally located and bright designer apartment

Comfortable 55m apartment in the heart of Jerez. Very bright, exterior and newly renovated. A large room with a 160 x 200 double bed with a closet and space to leave your luggage + a full-length mirror. A fully equipped bathroom, even with a hairdryer and bath gel... and the kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a double sofa bed and a comfortable armchair and dining table and chairs. We have internet and a 40" LED TV and... everything is new!

A studio in the center of Jerez

Enjoy a unique experience at this place in downtown Jerez. This is a studio located on the second floor of an old house without an elevator. It has windows to the outside, from which you can see the Cathedral of Jerez, with stone walls recovered from the original construction of the 18th century and with careful decoration. It has a large space in which we find the bed, a place to study and a dining table, in addition, it has a fully equipped kitchen.

It also has a kitchen, shower, WC and a big living room with dining area aswell as Wifi and television which can be used by every guest. There are also helpful things for babys like a cot, a bathtub for babys, a high chair and a baby buggy. Every guest will experience a well formed and light-flooded appartment only 50 metres away from the Cathedral.

Spacious apartment with great and beautiful natural lighting at the heart of Jerez. Overlooking the beautiful Moorish Alcazar and orange trees. Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment, very spacious and bright, accommodating up to 11 people. Located on the first floor, quiet and not noisy. Renovated in mid-2022. Downtown area very close to main points of tourist interest, monuments, wineries, churches, fortress, bar area, restaurants and tapas. Very quiet area with easy parking, well connected and just 15 minutes from the beaches of Puerto de Santa Maria.

Located on the first floor without an elevator It has 3 large beds, 1 160 cm bed and 2 110 cm beds on the mezzanine Unlike most 1-bedroom apartments that have 1 bed plus a sofa bed with the inconvenience that it entails (other guests not being able to watch TV while those on the sofa bed sleep, having to assemble and disassemble it, etc.) It's a Plus!!!!

Very relaxed, albeit was only an overnight stay. Great nights sleep on a very comfy bed. Parking can be difficult, only on street. Places hard to find during siesta time but many spaces available (often in eyesight) when folk go to work. Will look to book again for next years trip! Well done Lara it was a pleasure.
