Waterfront holiday rentals in Jeongwang-dong

Het was de tweede keer voor ons in dit appartement. Wij vinden het ideaal. Alles erop en eraan en een ideale ligging. Niet te toeristisch en alles makkelijk bereikbaar. Dank je wel John! Ons verblijf was weer top!!

숙소 두개 예약해서 가족들하고 같이 따로 묵고왔는데 하나는 애견동반으로 예약했는데 강아지도 너무 편하게 있다가 갔고, 청결하고 깨끗하고 내집처럼 편안해서 저희도 부모님도 너무 만족하셨던 숙소였습니다!

Eden was super helpful throughout the stay, the instructions and guide made it clear on what to do so there was no confusion at all. Secondly, the location is super convenient, connected to the metro station made it easy to travel around Seoul. Most attractions and neighbourhoods were just a 30 minute metro ride away. The view is also great, with lot of natural sunlight. The only minor reminder would be to bring your own bigger towels! Eden provided more than enough hand towels but if you’re not used to it, you can bring your own bath towels for comfort. My partner and I adjusted fine. Overall, great stay!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft.

Stunning view and cozy place that have everything we need. My boyfriend and I even wanna stay here for more few days! Young always get back to us quickly. The room is exactly what you see on the website, and every direction is so clear. Though the MRT may make some noise, we still enjoy here so much.

I enjoyed this place to stay, very nice view ! Access to apartment very clear and Juyeon was very helpful. I like the neighborhood because hidden streets with nice restaurants and cafes. Easy access to bus and subway. Apartment clean and with all you need. Bed conformable and amazing view.

Free parking is great. Also very convenient location near Dangsan station and near Han River. Lots of shops like Olive Young and Daiso nearby and places to eat (although many of them open late at night). We had to go down to B1 to sort out the rubbish and recyling ourselves which was a bit of a hassle. But overall very comfortable stay and had everything we needed.

우선은 호스트님의 친절하고 자세한 안내로 여행 전부터 기분이 너무 좋았구요, 도착시간이 일렀는데 체크인도 빠르게 도와주셔서 너무 감사했답니다! 숙소는 들어가자마자 창문인테리어 넘어로 보이는 바다뷰가 너무 이뻐서 무조건 사진찍게되구 전체적으로 너무 깔끔한 인테리어라 좋았어요 구비된 물건들 하나하나가 다 깔끔하고 예뻐서 숙소에 머무는 내내 기분좋게 보냈습니다!! 이미 친구들에게 자랑 및 추천했구요, 다음에 또 영종도를 가서 묵을 생각입니다!! 위치도 조용하고 편의시설도 가까우니 주저없이 추천합니다!

This was a wonderful and extremely comfortable stay. The interior was beautiful; updated and luxurious but also cozy too. It is on the 4th floor with no elevator so be prepared for some steps, but that’s super common in Korea, and we didn’t mind it at all 😄 Space was thoughtfully decorated and extremely clean. The mattresses and bedding were the most comfortable we had experienced in an Airbnb. The first day we experienced the a/c malfunctioning (which is totally okay; things happen) but what was so exceptional was the hosts’ response time and dedication to good service. They had one of their staff come out and troubleshoot the a/c the same day, and brought out a repairman the next day! Great stay made better through great hosting! Absolutely would stay here again.

The host was very kind and responded quickly, which made my stay very comfortable. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the transportation options made it easy to travel around. I would definitely stay here again!

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut und freundlich. Das Apartment hat einen hervorragenden Ausblick, welcher grade abends sehr schön ist. In der Umgebung sind viele gute Cafés und Restaurants. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

차이나타운 메인 거리에서 한 골목 들어왔을 뿐인데 매우 조용하고, 호스트와 신속한 소통이 가능한 게 매우 장점입니다.

Accommodation is extremely clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decorations and welcoming home feel. The place is very clean and beddings are comfortable! The hosts have been extremely responsive and helpful. There are house rules to follow and strict trash disposal system, but it’s still easy to adapt to and we were used to it by the 2nd day of our stay. It’s super easy to get around with Mangwon market just a few steps away and Mapo-gu office station just about 5 mins walk away. We love this place a lot and would definitely consider booking here again when we next visit Seoul!

I really can’t say enough great things about Afang’s place. It was so cool, well designed, had character, was in a great location, super clean. Afang and 다은 were also so helpful and responsive letting us drop off our bags and helping us with any questions. Highly recommending this place.

很安静的住处，适合独自出门的人。周围有24小时汤饭店，太棒了

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

It was very accomfortable accommodation! The room is very cleaned and we'll equipped it looks like new, It was really a home stay, there is also books inside room and my Son loves reading it, it's perfect for family stay..The host is very responsive..Thank you!

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.
