Apartment holiday rentals in Jeongwang-dong

I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs during my trip, but this one was by far the best! The location was incredibly convenient—right in a building connected to Seoul Station, with everything I needed at my fingertips: a convenience store, Olive Young, and coffee shops. The apartment itself was a perfect, cozy one-bedroom with amazing views—ideal for a solo traveler like me. The building also had a lounge and a gym, which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but they were great perks to have. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive—quickly providing a larger towel when I asked and proactively helping me through a stressful luggage situation. They also gave me all the detailed information and transport options to get to the airport, which made my departure so much smoother. The building offered convenient luggage storage too, but need to be more careful with the code. I can’t recommend this place and the host enough—definitely a top choice for any solo traveler visiting Seoul.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious apartment. It was bigger than we thought and had comfortable beds. The location was great and quiet. Lots of places to eat that you could walk to. Host was very kind and responsive. My family and I would stay here again without a doubt!

I really enjoyed my stay at this listing. The place was very clean and the bed was very firm. My hostess was very responsive. I had a little difficulty getting into the unit as the PIN code was a little off but she was very responsive to the Airbnb chat and I was able to get into the unit within 30 minutes. She also kindly allowed me to have the unit a couple of hours earlier than the usual 3p time listed. She also had a lot of nice touches, including having a washer in the unit, with some laundry detergent. She also provided some bottles of drinking water. She also provided some fun local snacks that I enjoyed trying. The shower was not my favorite (basically an attachment to the bathroom sink), but I understand why it was designed this way - to be space saving. But it was not a deal breaker. I also really enjoyed the close proximity to Songdo CONVENSIA- as I was attending a conference there. It was a quick walk to the conference center. Very convenient!

This apartment is located next to lively Time Space shopping center that has many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The apartment includes parking and the host is very helpful and responsive. Similar to many studios in Korea the place is small and the bed is soft. The building has many floors and rooms so expect wait times for the elevators.

I booked an Airbnb because I didn't want to stay in a motel after going on a business trip to Incheon. The detailed instructions made it easy to find the accommodation! As soon as I entered the house, I liked it because it smelled fragrant, but the bathroom and room were so clean that it was so nice. The bed and pillows were also comfortable, so I slept well without any inconvenience. If I visit Incheon again next time, I think I'll book here again:)

This was my second time visiting with my family! We wanted to come back after having such a great stay before. The apartment was a great place to stay as usual! Very roomy and had everything that we needed. Perfect for a family to stay. Would definitely come back again!

I chose Airbnb for a workation, and it was a very good choice. The accommodation is neat and clean, parking is convenient, and there are many places to eat nearby. Hahaha. My baby is sensitive to sleeping, but he slept very well.

It is a little off Mangridan-gil, so it is quiet. There are many convenient facilities such as supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, and it is close to Mangwon Market. It's close to Mangwon Hangang Park, so it's great for a walk. The accommodation is exactly as pictured, and the balcony and dining area are beautiful. It was a little far from the subway station, but the bus stop was close, so there was no great inconvenience in getting around. There is a water purifier, so you don't have to buy water separately, and there is no coffee and tea. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, but you must bring a toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor. The big room is a little hot compared to the small room. Maybe that's why you only put a small fan in the big room. And it was nice to have a washing machine so I could do simple laundry.

I used it as a company business trip accommodation for more than 2 months. It was conveniently located close to the customer. The interior of the house is clean, and I'm very satisfied that it's a space that can be used like my home. I'm booking again for my next business trip. ^ ^;

The location was great! It's a station, a convenience store, and I love it.

The landlord responded quickly and kindly. The interior of the house was clean and a new building, and the kitchen, living room, and bathroom were all equipped with necessary supplies, so it was convenient to live. There are parks nearby where you can take a light stroll, such as Mt., and there is no shortage of markets in front of the house, but the traditional market around the station is large and lively, so it is fun to see, and the food is abundant. There were also many restaurants in the food alley in front of the station.

The response was friendly, and I think I used it about 10 times when I was in the military.

The apartment is a bit old but spacious, clean and quiet. Internet was working fine. The area is great, easy access to anywhere in Seoul, lots of eating options and convenience stores. Checking in was really easy and the host was very responsive. Just one thing- the single bed was ok for me, but it would be definitely too small for a couple.

The location of the accommodation is very convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, a pharmacy, and the airport is on the subway, you can take the subway directly. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and replied quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

I visited while looking for a twin bed, but the parking was convenient and the facilities were new, so it was so nice!!! The interior was neat and basically almost everything was equipped, so it was nice. I think I'll visit again next time I come to Incheon.

Thanks to the thoughtful host, it was an unforgettable memory:) When I contacted you, you responded quickly, and the accommodation was equipped with water and soy milk, and I could feel how much the host thought of me, such as pins, hair ties, and lotion! It was located in a distance that was enough to spend time in Chinatown, Wolmido, and Sorae-gu, and the building was new, so it was clean and security was thorough. I told you because there was a misunderstanding about the noise and the person who lives there, but I was so relieved that the host apologized and said that he would talk about it later! The security was good, the parking was convenient, and the tableware was pretty. Everything was good. I don't know if the induction wasn't working or if we couldn't use it, but there was a coffee pot, so we were able to boil ramen and eat it:) I love the accommodation so much that I want to stay for a long time next time!

If you take out the bed in the second bedroom, you can put information in the bedroom compartment. You should have edited the photo... I booked this place because I saw that each room had a bed. If it's different from the photo, you should apologize first and then tell me to move the Rakkura in the living room to the room and use it. I was a little taken aback because he told me to use it as if it were more natural than I thought. In the first place, it's not a general single bed that is described in the bedroom description. Moreover, even if I tried to put the Rakkura in the room, I couldn't get it in (because the wall or wallpaper could be damaged by forcing it in) The conclusion is that I was personally disappointed in the host's response and other aspects. I just left the room in 4 hours after entering.

The night view was so pretty, and it was a really happy day.

It was a great value for the money, and I had a very spacious and comfortable time! The computer specs are also a PC cafe.
