The fact that you should consider before choosing as an honest review is that since you renovated the Sarangchae among Hanok Gooks and added a kitchen and bathroom, you have to bear some inconvenience than other accommodations. The bathroom is 30cm low and there is no dining table. There are two entrances to Sarangchae, but only one has a lock, so the security is weak, so it needs to be supplemented. The advantage is that the parking space is very spacious and there is a grassy area, so it is a very quiet neighborhood that is good for dog walking. This is a cleanly maintained accommodation. It is good for a hanok stay experience considering these things.

It might be a perfect accommodation with a spacious living room, a pleasant bathroom, and fluffy bedding. However, the soundproofing was a little lacking, but when I went up to the loft bedroom, the sound was reduced, so it was okay.

This accommodation has the advantage of being quiet and having clean air. The owners were thoughtful, so I was able to spend time with my family privately. I don't think I can live all the advantages of this place for one night. I think it would be better to enjoy it with nearby Gangneung and Sokcho for at least 3 nights.

I went on a family trip to commemorate my father's welcome, and it was nice that the yard was huge, and the kitchen and living room were very spacious. And even though it was a single-family home, it didn't come in, and I had a very pleasant, comfortable, and warm stay.

It was a perfect accommodation that captured the beautiful scenery of Cheongpung Lake. From the communication before check-in to the time of check-out, Seoyeon, the host, was very professional in everything. This beautiful pension, located directly overlooking the lake, has a garden filled with various flowers and fluffy grass, and the interior of the house, every piece of furniture, contains the delicate touch of Seoyeon. The interior of the accommodation is very clean, and there was no inconvenience in using it because there was a bed mat and plenty of bedding. The time spent at 'The View' pension was precious and perfect enough to be one of the best highlights of this trip with my mother and 6 family members. Thank you. It was a perfect stay that captured the stunning views of Cheongpung Lake. From pre-check-in communication to check-out, host Seoyeon was incredibly professional. The pension, overlooking the lake, is beautifully maintained—from the flower-filled garden and soft lawn to the spotless interior and thoughtfully chosen furniture. The beds and plentiful bedding made our stay very comfortable. Our family of six, including our mother, had a truly special and unforgettable time at "The View" Pension—one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you so much!

I've used Airbnb a lot, and I've never had a clean and comfortable space like this.. Thanks to the friendly host, I had a good trip to Gangneung with my children ~!!

First of all, since it is a large family of four, it is not easy to find an accommodation with four rooms, but since there are four rooms, I used it comfortably by dividing one room at a time. I came too sooner than expected, but the babies were young in the windy weather, and I was grateful for your understanding so that I could check in a little early. The river view from the living room is really, really cool. Due to the weather, it was a pity that I couldn't use the firewood bonfire, but I had a really good time. Since it was winter weather, when using the barbecue, there was no windbreaker or vinyl tent treatment, and it was a large family, so it felt a little narrow because there were many items in the common living room, such as a bicycle and a piano simple dining table. The bedspread and floor, etc., felt clean, and the room my sister used said that the bed was too hard, but it turned out that there was something like a rooftop plate, so it was very cool and I slept well. ^ ^ The cost was a little burdensome, but it's a place I want to visit in all four seasons. There is nothing around, so if the weather is good to enjoy comfortably without noise or privacy, I think it will be the best for those who are fishing (I couldn't because the wind was too windy).

Everything from the pictures to the same condition, furniture, and the jacuzzi & pool were perfect:) It was a great place to stay for a holiday party with my friends! I could feel how affectionately decorated the host decorated this accommodation, even each small item. There are no✔️ children, such as spoons/dishes/cups for kids, but there was a lot of consideration in the small areas, so it was a great place to stay with the kids!

The place is amazing if you love to have a quiet and beautiful space in the nature. Not much around so you need to buy groceries or have a car to go to the restaurants. However for a quick weekend get away with friends or the family it is amazing. Would recommend it 100%! 😎

It was my first time in a Hanok accommodation, but it was pleasant and so nice. The room quickly warmed up, and the duvet was fluffy, so I was able to sleep well on the floor.

The accommodation was so pretty and emotional that it wasn't worth the price!! The surroundings are quiet and suitable for healing!! The interior is also artistic, and I think I'll definitely use it again if I go to Yangyang next time!!🫶

It was a quiet and relaxing space that I want to go to again next time. The interior mood gave me comfort and joy. I visited on a rainy day, but it was nice to have a tin roof in the barbecue area. It was a space that suited various purposes such as workation, surfing trip, and socializing!!
