Bigso stay is a lovely place to stay in if you ever find yourself in the Sokcho area. The room is very clean and comfortable during the cold winter months, and the host was very responsive in providing guidance such as check in and how to do the laundry. They also go out of their way to order us a taxi during the morning of Seollal. Overall, it was a great experience!

I really appreciated the location in a calm environment, very close to the beach, next to rice fields, where calming frogs singing puts one to sleep. I also appreciate very much a short but heartwarming care from landlords. Even though I don’t speak korean and they don’t speak english, we made each other understood. ☺️ If I visit Sokcho once again, I will definitely choose this accomodation again.
