Loved it! Was in a quite neighborhood, close to a park so I could go running, and great spot if you are going to Red Rocks for a concert. The layout was great for our family trip and never felt cramped with five people. Was easy accesses to the interstate so Denver was easy to get to, but none of the traffic noise at this location. The staff was super friendly and responsive when we had questions. Will stay at their properties again.

Great spot! So nice and cute and well done. Robert was easy to communicate with and we felt safe and comfortable. We spent 1 night in town for a Red Rocks concert, and this was a great spot to stay

Dean has a great place right on a trail that connects into golden. Only 15 minutes from red rocks and 30 minutes from boulder. Great hiking and climbing in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Our recent stay at Christopher's place was great. We were in town for a Red Rock's concert. The location couldn't have been better. Super convenient to the venue and to downtown Golden. The place was spotless and had a lot of storage space, which was nice. Communication with Christopher went super smooth and check-in was easy. Overall a great place to stay and excellent location.

This is a fantastic place! Thais was super communicative and very accommodating. The place was so cute and perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed and was so cozy and easy to access; right by downtown Golden which is so fun. We will 100% be back and are excited to stay here again! :-)

Easy instructions! It was a super convenient stay. Close to everything! I really got the chance to explore so many different parts of CO! Place was so clean and comfortable! The AC was awesome because we got a 90+ degree weather when we were there. Private garage is also a bonus so we didn’t have to find street parking. Only thing is to get in, you have to go around the back alley! It took me and mom a bit to figure that out but just in case anyone else is having a hard time it’s in the back through the garage!! We may be a little ditzy 😂

Very clean space, very cozy and worth the price. I stayed here with my partner and we were both very comfortable. There are plenty of resteraunts and stores within walking distance if you don't feel like the drive, and downtown Denver is only a 20 minute drive away at most. Beth is very responsive, and will answer any questions you have at a second's notice. I highly recommend it.

Anna was an amazing host! Very attentive to detail, clean space, and I was so glad to see the finish result of the amazing statue she had built! Would highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this place! Wow! The location was perfect! Incredible walk to local coffee shops! The bed was so comfy! Kitchen had everything! Bright windows and private patio area!

Our 7 year olds review was “1 out of 10, what did you think about our Air B&B son?” He said “10, it’s nice, clean, comfortable, and easy to get used to…” he continued…”I like the creek, the walking trail (to the playground), it’s kinda better than our home for vacation”. We agree with him and we’re not disappointed at any point with our accommodations or our location. Thank you April for opening up your newly renovated basement apartment to us. We had a wonderful time.

Clean, well designed, communicative, let us check in early. Loved using the sauna. I didnt realize it was a basement apartment. That could have been more clear. However, it made it cozy. we didnt mind once we were in it. I would stay again.

for me this Airbnb was perfect. quiet neighborhood with really great restaurants and neighborhood right on the same block. easy access to the freeway. I'll be back

This was a great stay! When we pulled up the owner of the house was outside. She walked us down and showed us everything and even offered us something to drink! The place was CLEAN! I always feel so weird about staying somewhere else that isn’t mine and have stayed at some places that were gross. This place was immaculate. Beds were comfortable and clean. I was scared with being a basement apartment you would hear everything from the owners upstairs but you don’t at all! The place was stocked with amenities and the hot tub was a really nice touch! We will definitely be staying again!

This is a great place if you desire to be in Lakewood Co area . The hot tub was great for relaxing after hiking. . The full kitchen we enjoyed as it is a big savings on all the eating out required otherwise. Beds are comfy, we slept great .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, new, well appointed and well stocked. Stefan and Bethany were super helpful, quick to respond and accommodating They had a wonderful book of suggestions for everything. The location was perfect for show at Red Rocks, hiking, Coors tour, and is walking distance to downtown Golden for shops and restaurants. Grocery store walking distance as well. Was a wonderful stay, would love to stay again!

This cute apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect location for getting around Arvada and easy access to freeway. Gretchen was easy to contact, if needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The spacious home was private despite being next door to Mary & Mike. The decor was charming, furniture & linens comfortable & extra touches made our stay special. The space was so well equipped we lacked for nothing! Mary & Mike were friendly & took care of every detail without intruding. This is one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed at!

Had a lovely stay at Kimli's and she's very friendly. Her place is peaceful and spacious.
