Beautiful little apartment with two balconies where the sun is all day. New kitchen and bathroom. Close to the large park Kildeparken, an oasis in Aalborg. The train station, city center. Aalborg hallen 3 min and 7 min to Skovdalen. Within walking distance. Close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The music house and the harbor There are also tables and benches in a small courtyard There is an elevator in the home. And stairs And parking at the home, if occupied, there is a large parking space 2 minutes from the home. Will do anything for a great stay in Aalborg

80 m ² The apartment with furniture that is very centrally located, with entrance directly from the street. Kitchen/living room , dining table and room for sofa group. The living room is connected right away from which there is access to the bedroom. In the bedroom there is a walk-in shower and toilet with toilet and sink. The bedroom faces a quiet courtyard environment. (dishwasher and washing machine and extractor hood). Unique apartment with large bright window sections facing the street. It's an apartment to experience.

Easy transport by both train and bus to attractions throughout North Jutland. Just a 40-minute drive to the beach at the popular Blokhus. In the center, there are many delicious cafes and restaurants and 500 meters from the apartment is the cozy and original cafe, Ulla Therkildsen. Or just enjoy good hours on the sunny southwest-facing terrace.

The house is located 200 meters from the beach, where the fishing boats are pulled up, and west of the house a gravel road goes into the dune plantation. The house is, of course, non-smoking. If you are into magnificent nature, there is plenty of opportunity to explore the beach, dunes and forests on foot and by bike. If you come in the summer, you can buy delicious dishes with gently caught fish in the Fish House on the beach.
