Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Jamestown

Amazing place to stay, especially for the price. We had to last minute book this flat because a different air bnb didn’t work out, but this place fixed everything for us. We just stayed for one night and watched a movie; we went outside to watch the sunset and a cat walked up to us and joined us. Very clear instructions and notes left around the house, would 100% stay again.

Josh's place was clean and well kept. A true sanctuary and reflecting what was advertised! Very peaceful area, would recommend to fellow travelers.

Place is clean and cozy, the deck and the fire pit area are great to sit back and enjoy the views of the creek and many ducks and birds! Everything was as described, and we had everything needed for our overnight stay in the area. Would return in the future!

Laurie’s place was absolutely lovely. The home is filled with interesting collections including artwork, fossils, books, etc. The home was very clean (not a speck of dust in sight), lots of towels, and my favorite - good cotton sheets! We spent the afternoon relaxing on the big front porch in rocking chairs, which transitioned to relaxing happy hour. We would definitely stay here again.

We love staying at the Large Bakery Apartment! We stay here now every time we’re in town visiting family. Feels like home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was beautiful and in a great location, in close proximity to shopping and the lake. Jessica was an incredibly kind and responsive host who made our stay stress-free. The apartment was clean and easy to find. Lovely, super clean apartment in a peaceful and secluded setting. I arrived at night, and enjoyed the utter quiet — the only things I could hear were the babbling Brook just down hill, and an owl hooting nearby! The unit itself is well appointed. It’s a lower ground floor unit (down a set of stairs) in the side of a hill; the windows face the woods. Fred was super helpful and communicative, and very fast to respond. I was just staying en route to and from another destination and didn’t have time to enjoy the area, but the region is beautiful and i look forward to going back another time!

This was our second stay at this location on our annual road trip to the West. It is a perfect spot to rest our weary heads from long travel days. I love the backyard and deck. The house is cozy, comfortable, and clean. It has all the necessary amenities and is easy to get into town for some yummy coffee and breakfast at Full Strength coffee shop. Overall lovely experience.

We had such a great time and already cannot wait to come back. The house was extremely clean, had everything you need, and offers the most beautiful and private view of the lake. It has the perfect view of the sunset! Jeff and Anne were extremely responsive if we needed to reach out and made the place feel right at home. There are a ton of areas within the house and around the property to relax and see the lake. Also a quick drive to restaurants and grocery stories and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, perfect for walks. Would definitely recommend!

Kris' home in Bemus Point was one of the nicest rentals we've had the pleasure of staying in........the home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and in a very quiet residential neighborhood. We couldn't have been more pleased with everything about our stay. Thank you, Kris, for being a very thoughtful host who made two travelers so very welcome.

Claire was very friendly and helpful with advice such as where to see Memorial Day parade. She helped me carry things to car when I was leaving.

Beautiful property everything was as said and super clean. Much things to do with beautiful views and many amenities will definitely be coming back!

Aimee’s home was a spaciousness gathering place for 4 friends to spend the weekend together. Because it rained alot one day, we just relaxed at the house. The space was cozy and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay there again.

Can't say enough good things about Tammy and the experience staying here. Everything was spotless, the process was seamless, and she is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to messages. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are so comfortable. This was our family's second time staying here and we will continue to book her place whenever we are in town!

Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.
