Townhome holiday rentals in James City County

My family and I stayed two nights to go to Busch Gardens and the location was great. Less than 20 minutes from the park. The room was just as described with tons of room. It was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend for anyone especially families. There was lots for the kids to do on the grounds and we felt very safe there. Christian was a great host very responsive.

This place exceeded our expectations for accommodating my limited mobility parent and our graduation attendees who were able to have their own rooms, as we rented both condos (1st and 2nd floors) of the townhouse. The gathering space worked well for a family meal. A well-stocked kitchen helped us eat in for breakfasts and lunches, and missing coffee filters were quickly supplied with a simple request by text.

Truthfully, this place was SO much nicer than we thought!! The pictures looked like this place would fit the bill for the right place. When we arrived, we were shocked by the quality. All bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Tons of open space for the kids to play. The patio is much bigger than pictured. We had a large group of parents and it was so nice to be able to know they were tucked into a quiet space while we hung out on the floor above. This place was amazing. Definitely recommend for large groups! Oh, and it was so close to everything. Can’t beat it.

This place was home away from home, spotless. I loved the pools and hot tubs the best. We loved sitting outside on the balcony plus cooking our own meals was great for us. Tara’s kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make homemade meals. We absolutely loved this place and will be back again. Thank you Tara we had a wonderful time staying here😇😇😇😇😇😇💕💕💕💕💕💕

Awesome place, loved it!!!. I went their with my parents, they loved the surroundings, it was peaceful. Lot of activities to do for all ages. The host was very helpful. I would love to go to that place again

Our family of 10 stay Historic Powathan in Williamsburg was just right for our family! Location in area, size of townhouse unit and amenities met our needs- we truly enjoyed the 18 hole mini-golf and pools! Christian is wonderful host, took care of all we needed! Definitely stay again!

Madison was amazing, super responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns I had throughout the stay. The customer service at Powhatan was truly top-notch, from the front desk to the maintenance team. The 4-bedroom unit was spacious and perfect for our group—ideal for a family getaway or staycation with friends. I’d definitely do it all over again. Huge thanks to Madison and the entire team for making our stay so smooth. Don’t hesitate to book with Madison, you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect home for our family of 6! Affordable, spacious and a great location with awesome amenities! We are already planning a return trip in the near future!

It was as described and a great home base for doing all the things in the Williamsburg area. This is a managed property so it will feel more like an extended stay hotel then someone's home. The kitchen is supplied but extremely limited an basic. We were able to make tacos and a simple breakfast but I doubt anything more complicated would be easily completed with items supplied. They are doing work on the some of the units. It wasn't an issue at night but it was some construction noises during the day.

Loved our stay! This was a Girls Weekend for my daughter’s Birthday & it was perfect! So close to downtown Williamsburg & Busch Gardens, although we could have just stayed IN & been just as happy! The Townhouse was cozy! Loved the fireplace, balcony, and overall space! The location was beautiful! The Manor House was amazing & such a Historic beautiful building. And… there was a great little coffee shop right on site, which I wasn’t expecting… and it was delicious. Really wish we had more time to walk the grounds… truly breathtaking.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The pools were loads of fun and the staff was nothing less than fantastic. Lugina’s unit is within walking distance of everything on property which is convenient. I would highly recommend.

Nice place great location had a really nice time

Super nice place, staff is terrific. Lots to do within easy walking distance. 3 swimming pools and a hot tub, one 18+ only (great idea). My twin 4 yo grandsons aka tadpoles, loved the kids pools. My daughter gives the coffee house a five star rating, she does love her coffee. Special thanks to the staff for taking care of wasp nest on the patio so quickly, sorry we didn't find it before 10pm. Thank You so much for the wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The gated entry is such a nice feature. Our family of 5 felt right at home and relaxed. We used the kitchen for a few meals "at home". We loved the layout of the condo! There are so many things to do on the location alone that you could come to relax here and not even leave!

The grounds were beautiful and it was the perfect location to visit Williamsburg and the nearby winery. The townhouse was perfect for the 4 of us, Plenty of room and nice space to spread out and hang out. We had a great time!

This is located in a Hilton vacation resort. Registration and check in were friendly and helpful. Resort communicated daily by text to make sure we were enjoying our visit. Location is close to all of the attractions in Williamsburg. We would stay here again.

I had only one issue where I contacted Lugina. She responded back within 20 minutes. She was very understanding about a glass that I had accidentally broken. We renting 2 townhouses and they were side by side. The places were both very clean. They were well within walking to the 3 community outside side pools. One pool was for adults only with adult refreshments, which I really enjoyed as the weather was extremely hot. We did not eat in the restaurant at the resort, however the bar has a nice option of beer. The kitchen was stocked with the basic needs. I would definitely recommend this resort! It was easy in and out. Great location for Williamsburg.
