It was a beautiful place to get engaged and the history of the house was awesome and the view in the backyard was mystifying!

Sue was very communicative throughout our experience. She responded quickly to my initial message and each message thereafter. My trip was a bit last-minute, but it sure didn't feel that way! The cottage was perfect in every way! It was clean and cozy. It was just the right size. It truly felt like a home away from home. The resort was peaceful and included many activities. The resort staff was friendly, too! If I travel to Williamsburg for pleasure again, I would absolutely see if this cottage is available.

The cottage was clean and uncluttered. It was very comfortable, from the table to the couch to the beds. It had all the amenities needed for a week-long stay. It was in a safe and friendly gated resort neighborhood. As a group of four adult women, we loved the four bathrooms (3 full, 1 half) and four comfortable beds.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. Would stay here again. Our layout was a bit different from the pictures, but it work great to have a space for the teens and another one for the adults. I would love to stay here again.

The check-in process, with the resort, includes repeated attempts to sign up for a timeshare presentation. The resort's activities center staff was rude when we signed up for an activity. The indoor and outdoor pools are great. The resort has a gym, but it's small and has limited equipment. The accommodations are clean and offers everything we were looking for. The furnishings could use updating though. The location is perfect for Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestowne Settlement, Water Country USA and Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

This home was more than we expected. Very large and comfortable space - you could have one large family or 3 spread out easily. We had a small maintenance issue which was fixed by calling front office staff. Had everything we needed for a great stay during W&M graduation weekend. Thanks!

Ashley was amazing! Super responsive and very proactive. we were originally scheduled at Historic Powhatan but they were having alot of construction so she moved us about a week prior to our stay to another resort that was comparable nearby. It worked out even better than we could have hoped. We loved the amenities and layout of our 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. 15 minutes from Busch Gardens. You really couldn't beat it - highly recommend using Ashley for your AirBnB needs.

It was a lovely place - I would only say this: You will only have access to the lower level of this home. The second floor is a separate rental so you may be sharing the house with other people. There is no access to the second floor but you can hear everything that happens up there. You may want to clarify if other people are staying above you, if it’s something that you care about.

This home was awesome. The back yard and fire place area was so relaxing in the evening. The house was adorable. We loved all of the decorations. The front porch was great for me to sit early in the morning and have a cup of coffee. There are a lot of different games Lisa has in the house for everyone to play in the evening after a day of visiting all the attractions. Lisa was great to provide a smore's basket for us. I would highly recommend this home to everyone.

Really amazing!!! The space was huge with lots of room for a big get together. Great outdoor space, deck and grills were nicer than I’ve had at other Airbnbs. Very quiet location. Highly recommend it, I am totally going back

Beautiful house in an excellent location - short drive to all local attractions. Exceptionally private at the end of a cul-de-sac and bordering a small lake in the back. Extremely nice, colonial style home perfect for the area. Very open main floor with two living room / lounge areas and a nicely appointed kitchen and dining area. Furniture was all in excellent condition and very tasteful / quality. Bedrooms were large and luxurious, as were the two full bathrooms and first floor powder room. Easily fit 4 adults and 3 children and much more comfortable, spacious and private than a typical vacation “villa”. Exceeded our expectations! Bonus deck and grill in the back was a nice surprise with spectacular view of the lake!
