Holiday rentals with a patio in James City County

It was great, especially for couples. Lake view, spa tub with jets, and building to go to for indoor outdoor pools and hot tubs, gym, and a pool table. A half basketball court, tennis court, walk trail, and lots of friendly people that work there. Steven is a great host, he responded to me less than 3 minutes after my first message and was responding to me no later than a minute after each message. He asked me what I was looking for and gave me other recommendations. My fiancé walked in and said, "wow, this is perfect." Thank you Steven, we will be back soon...

Our children decided they wanted to stay there forever. The pool and all the games were 100% percent worth it! It was our first visit to the area and it was amazing! They do want visitors to sign up for a presentation. But they give you things for attending. If you don’t want to attend you can say no. It’s a great family friendly but quiet and clean place to stay!

Everything was as described. We are fully satisfied and would love to come back in the future.

We had a great stay! Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with and her instructions and the property description were very clear and accurate. We were initially a little hesitant to book at a time share property, but we had no issues at check in and did not feel pressured at all to attend any sales pitch. I got a text the day after check in asking if I wanted to attend and offering some reward, but I just ignored it and that was that! Great location, very quiet area and just a short drive to anything you'd want to see in Williamsburg. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and nice amenities. We would happily stay again!

Our stay at the Wyndham resort in Williamsburg was wonderful! We had adjoining one and two bedroom condos which suited our group perfectly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well stocked, and the resort activities exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of equipment available to borrow. We spent one day at Busch Gardens, one day at the resort, and one day at Water Country which made for a perfect balance of activity and relaxation! Dylan was friendly, helpful, and always responded to any questions and inquiries. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

It was my Annual family vacation reunion & we had, a BBQ, swim, arcade, the kids really enjoyed themselves. Thanks Todd for allowing us to have a wonderful time👍

We loved Steven's place. This is not a bad review as we loved the unit. There are 2 things, I would like to mention I wish I knew before I booked that unit was on the second floor as people in our group had some difficulty managing the stairs. This next one really has nothing to do with the beautiful unit. It has to do with parking for the pool. The whole complex is built on a hill. So we had to take the car down to use pool. Just wish the had more parking for that.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Greg's place for the weekend and it was the perfect getaway. The pictures matched exactly what we saw and the house was in a great location. Very easy to get to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was more than we expected. Very large and comfortable space - you could have one large family or 3 spread out easily. We had a small maintenance issue which was fixed by calling front office staff. Had everything we needed for a great stay during W&M graduation weekend. Thanks!

Our family had a wonderful time at Jeffrey’s place. The home is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed (including lots of kids books and toys). My children loved the private beach (it’s amazing) and exploring the property. We found fun shells, and even a few shark teeth. We daytripped to Jamestown and Williamsburg (10 min to the ferry, 20 min to get across) and had a wonderful time at both places. My kids had a blast riding the ferry (getting out and watching from the upper deck is a must). Definitely plan to get groceries ahead of time - it’s pretty remote, in a good way. Lots of fun wild life to spot - bald eagles, turkey, deer, even a skunk! Fun was had by all, we would stay again.

Amber & Bryan’s home was the PERFECT stay for my visit to Williamsburg. The house is absolutely beautiful with plenty of parking and is centrally located to all the attractions in town. Amber & Bryan were easy to communicate with and are very gracious people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home. I WILL BOOK AGAIN!

My amazing daughter was graduating from A-School in the Coast Guard, and this place was an easy 30 minute drive to Yorktown. Dogs enjoyed their first fenced in back yard. Highly recommend this place…dogs or no dogs…it was spotless clean, with all kinds of homey decor throughout. Even a nice welcome basic of the essentials…never seen that before…very nice touch Heather, even though we brought our own. Thank you for hosting us. You made our 1000 mile drive down there, a home away from home.

My long-time friend from high school and I enjoyed our ladies' weekend at Ashley's. Her home is simple, spotless, and well located. It was very easy to communicate with her before and during the stay. We spent more time in the house than others might, due to extreme heat and my friend's disability. I recommend checking before arrival about any special needs, which she is happy to accommodate.

Loved staying at this house! It was clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better if you want stay out of the crowds at night but have easy access to Williamsburg. The house is located right by the Surry-Jamestown ferry. So convenient!

This was my 2nd time in Vacation Village and Alyssia’s place was great. Such a fun and relaxing atmosphere close to Busch Gardens and everything we need . The place was clean, and exactly as described. The jetted tub was a huge bonus

Beautiful condo. Very clean & updated. Most comfy bed we have ever had @ an Airbnb ( and we have stayed in many). Very quiet & peaceful.

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!

Beautiful place to stay! Exceptionally clean! The amenities were perfect! And, the host was wonderful!

Gayle’s place was perfect for our family of 7. Each bedroom having their bathroom was fantastic! The decor of the condo was fabulous, and the grounds were gorgeous! Great for a daily walk. The waters view was beautiful! There was every cleaning product you could ever want, which I loved. Whenever, I travel, I always re-wipe everything down (weird- but a bit of a germ a phobia ). Also, the condo is well stocked with all the essentials of a home away from home. The washer/dryer with stocked laundry detergent was a bonus. I went home with clean clothes.-jackpot! The condo is perfectly situated between all the attractions. Colonial Williamsburg, Merchant Square, Jamestown settlement, and Bush Gardens was a pretty and easy 10 -15 ride. Harris Teeter grocery store is 5 mins from Kingsmill. There was a Wawa and Dunkin close by as well. Gayle was most responsive. Any questions, I had, she got back to me immediately. One of the best vacation stays for us!

We never book anywhere else! This is our go to in Williamsburg VA. Beautiful location, lots around to go, great area. The resort has all the listed amenities. We don’t even look to book anywhere else.
