The place was great! Claus is super nice, was very helpful on site and provided us with many tips. The apartment is modernly equipped (great sauna - everything in the house) and very comfortable. We felt very comfortable. For 7 people it may already be a little cozy or tight (😅) but for four it was great! Thank you Claus for the wonderful stay!

The place was exactly as described. It was very spacious and everything was very clean. The possibility of a parking space in the underground parking is also very good. The communication was very good. Lisa was available for questions at all times.

We had a wonderful time and felt at home instantly. Well equipped, nice terrace, left no wishes unfulfilled. Nice and uncomplicated communications, high flexibility in check-in/out times. Outstanding!

Quite location at walking distance from city center and with a S-Bahn station just in front of the building. Johanneskirche upon the lake is my best spot of Stuttgart.

Great accommodation. There is a dishwasher, bed linen and towels, a small terrace with seating, a TV and even a hair dryer. The apartment is in the basement and therefore very pleasantly cool even at high outside temperatures. The host was very nice and quick to reach, check-in and check-out went smoothly. The city center is within walking distance. The only drawback was the sofas, which smelled a little like cigarette smoke, otherwise the apartment was very clean. We would definitely book it again!

The absolute highlight: the spacious roof terrace with a beautiful view - ideal for relaxing, sunbathing or for a cozy dinner under the open sky. Everything was sparkling clean, the amenities left nothing to be desired and the check-in went smoothly. The host was very friendly and available at all times. We can recommend this apartment without reservation - it doesn't get any better!

there were two of us in the apartment and it worked out very relaxed. Location is very good and we were quickly in town. Teresa was very kind and quick to respond to messages.

我们一行六个人，在这里居住的很愉快。房间和描述的一样，很适合开派对。唯一的不足就是位置有点难找到，我们点外卖的时候会遇到一些困难。但这不是什么大问题。总的来说我们住的很开心。

Herzlichen Dank für die freundliche Begrüßung, das Ankommen & Landen können und das obwohl ich später als geplant kam! Ein sehr freundliches, lichtdurchflutetes, friedliches, sauberes Sonnenaufgangszimmer mit frischen Blumen am Nachttisch. Es gab individuell gelungene Empfehlungen für mein Rahmenprogramm und das Entdecken kreativer Schätze in Haus & Garten. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl auf der Durchreise, konnte sehr gut schlafen und kann diese Unterkunft im zentrumsnahen Kirchberg sehr empfehlen!

Wir haben Rosa besucht um dort einen gemütlichen JGA zu feiern. Der Aufenthaltsraum mit der Küche ist der Hammer. Ein gemütlicher geselliger Abend war ohne Probleme umzusetzen. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig und entspannend. Gelungener Wochenendausflug, auch wegen Rosa die einem bei jeder Frage zu Seite steht und auch mit Kaffepulver aushilft.

Once again excellent experience with Simon! I highly recommend him and his place. He's such an amazing host: always prepared the room in the best way possible to welcome you and make you feel at home. His place is just next to the bus stop so super convenient if you have luggage. Clean apartment with all amenities and everything needed. I can't recommend him enough, he deserves six stars!

L’Host disponibile e flessibile. Casa accogliente. Solo da rifornire oggetti di prima necessità se finiti (come sapone per piatti, caffè..). Per il resto tutto molto confortevole.

Great place - probably the best equipped AirBnB we've been to - plates, cutlery, glasses, appliances... we could even have baked a birthday cake! Really close to the metro and supermarket - can hardly be better.

Merve ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht 😊
