Welcome to our small charming cottage located peacefully and scenic, a 5-minute walk from the Isefjord. The living room overlooks the large, secluded garden where you can relax on the terrace and in the hammock. The house contains living and dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, and bathroom with shower. There is a double bed and a sofa bed that sleeps two. The car is easily parked in the carport. If you are looking for nature and tranquility 45 minutes from Copenhagen, then this is the place for you.

Welcome to our cozy cottage! The house is spacious with room for 6 guests inside, located 8 minutes from the water on foot and in the middle of a scenic summerhouse area. The cottage is surrounded by a large garden with a sunny terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or just relaxing in the sun. By car you have an hour to Copenhagen and 15 minutes to Frederiksund. The summerhouse is also within cycling distance to lovely Jægerspris with good supermarkets, Jægerspris castle and good ice cream cafes.

Kom og nyd naturen som omgiver vores tiny house kun 150 meter fra fjorden og klinten. Huset ligger på en stor grund, hvor vores eget “rigtige” hus ligger, men I kan slappe af i fred på den tilhørende private træterrasse. Vandreruten, Halsninoen, går lige forbi. Det rolige vand i fjorden indbyder til lystfiskeri, kajak og SUP. Lynæs surfcenter i nærheden tilbyder bl.a. instruktion i kitesurf og kajak samt lækker mad og live musik. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Small cottage surrounded by private garden. Plenty of parking space and bird song. Cozy and down to earth. If you are looking for a luxurious spa getaway, lots of storage room and kitchen gear or hate sand on the floor, this is not the place! If you don’t mind the quirks of our old house, want to avoid crowds at the beach, jump the trampoline or have your dog with you, this is the place! Me, my son and my dog Nutte hope you will enjoy it as much as we do :-)

Skønt sommerhus på bakketop - med perfekt beliggenhed i Kulhuse 10 min gang til den skønne Kulhuse Strand og 5 min gang til indkøb i "Hullet" med supermarked, antikbutik og fiskehandler. Hus fra 60’erne med køkken-alrum + stue. Badeværelse med bruser og soveværelse med dobbeltseng. Sofaen i stuen kan slås ud til en seng til to person. Desuden et (sommer)anneks med sovesofa. Et lille hus for op til 4 personer (evt 5 hvis der er mindre børn i blandt).

Hyggeligt og roligt sommerhus centralt i Kulhuse med charme og sjæl! Huset har stue og køkken-alrum i et, badeværelse og 2 værelser med dobbeltseng (det ene også med børneseng). Stue med sovesofa. Huset er børnevenligt med legetøj i hus og have. I haven er der terrasse, bålplads, pizzaovn, hængekøje, legehus og gynger. Ingen støj fra vej. 5 min gang til indkøb, 10 min gang til strand & 5 min kørsel til skov.
