Charming cottage on natural grounds

Cozy, simple cottage on a nature plot and walking distance to the water. The summerhouse is close to Copenhagen and it is possible to take the train and bus almost right to the door. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. The house is furnished with a large kitchen-living room, living room with wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed and a single bed as well as a spacious bathroom. Outside is a large lovely terrace with sun all day as well as a large tree with space for the hammock.

Bellevue - closer to the sky

Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the treetops in Nordskoven and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue, you can really relax, recharge and enjoy nature at its very best. A few minutes from the forest, beach and close to shopping. We have furnished our house as an adult house for four. Children over 15 years old are welcome. The house was built in 2022/2023 and we take good care of it. There is a charging box for electric and hybrid cars

Cozy summerhouse near the fjord.

Welcome to our small charming cottage located peacefully and scenic, a 5-minute walk from the Isefjord. The living room overlooks the large, secluded garden where you can relax on the terrace and in the hammock. The house contains living and dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, and bathroom with shower. There is a double bed and a sofa bed that sleeps two. The car is easily parked in the carport. If you are looking for nature and tranquility 45 minutes from Copenhagen, then this is the place for you.

Tiny House near the sea in Lynæs

Kom og nyd naturen som omgiver vores tiny house kun 150 meter fra fjorden og klinten. Huset ligger på en stor grund, hvor vores eget “rigtige” hus ligger, men I kan slappe af i fred på den tilhørende private træterrasse. Vandreruten, Halsninoen, går lige forbi. Det rolige vand i fjorden indbyder til lystfiskeri, kajak og SUP. Lynæs surfcenter i nærheden tilbyder bl.a. instruktion i kitesurf og kajak samt lækker mad og live musik. The best little cozy nook

Cozy, newly renovated cottage with a good balance between old and new. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere where you will find everything you need to relax and have fun. The house is secluded from the road, and in the summer when everything has blown out, it feels like being in the middle of the forest. There is a large deck - both covered and not - as well as a fire pit. Brugsen is only 250m away, the beach 1.5km and forest 2km away. There are mattresses, or sofa where any 3rd person can sleep.

Lovely cottage near forest and water

In this cozy cottage you can relax in quiet surroundings. The fjord and forest are within walking distance of the cottage and Hansen's ice cream shop is just a short drive away. The cottage has a family room with space for both children and adults. In the summer, you can enjoy the large garden with all kinds of garden games and a trampoline. The terrace invites you to enjoy, relax, and barbecue. In the cold months, you can relax on the sofa, play a board game and enjoy the wood stove.

The little house in the woods

Relax in this unique and tranquil home in forest-like surroundings with rich bird and insect life. The garden is part of a butterfly project and is planted accordingly. There is a small moss hole in the backyard that attracts birds and insects, where you can enjoy the tranquility and nature. 3-minute walk to a child-friendly sandy beach and 15 minutes to Nordskoven. Water, electricity and wood pellets for the pellet stove are paid separately and according to consumption.

Cozy private cottage close to the beach. Fireplace

Cozy cottage with one bedroom and one guest house. 700 meters to the beach. There’s a fireplace for cold days and two terasses and a large private garden for warm days. Both house and guest house is non smoking area. The second bedroom is the guest house which is seperate from the main house. The mainhouse has central heating and a fireplace and is also very cozy and nice in the winter. Electricity usage is not included in the rent.

Small oasis in cozy area

Welcome to our lovely little oasis. Our wooden cottage of 48km2 contains one bedroom, kitchen, living room and a bathroom. Next to the main house, we have built an annex of 19 km2, which we are very happy about. You will have access to the annex if you book for more than 2 people. Semi-detached 2 room semi-detached house

Lovely half double house with two rooms, kitchen, living room (with sofa bed) and bathroom. Close to shopping, ice cream house, cafe, forest, museums and water. It is 55 minutes drive to Copenhagen city center. Walking distance to bus. The residence is located on the same grounds as our private residence.
