Kristal’s cottage offered everything we wanted and more—great natural light, a creek running out back, surrounded by majestic trees and a yard where the neighbor’s chickens wander, an efficient little kitchenette where we cooked most meals, and a gorgeous bathroom with fabulous spa bath. 🛁 So grateful for the stars that aligned for us to have this week-long magical getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Intimate Rainforest Retreat! This was a beautifully appointed, private space which backed on such peaceful surrounds. Our host - Graham - was so attentive and took the time to really make our stay special for us with some personalised treats and some great suggestions locally. Would highly recommend staying to truly relax, unwind and zen out! Thank you Graham - we'll be back!

I had the most beautiful stay at Mark and Linda’s cottage. Great communication, felt at home and the bed and spa was exactly what I needed. I loved the village feel, it felt like I was walking through an English country village. Divine. Thank you for a great stay and highly recommend for a unique stay.

Very comfortable and lovely surroundings. Only had 2 nights but would like to return for a longer stay to enjoy restful environment, and explore the area.

Our weekend getaway at John and Jess’s cabin was more special than we could have imagined. The bathhouse/property has a very special peaceful energy that is one of a kind and we walked away more calm and relaxed than expected. John and Jess were both so warm and welcoming. They guided us through the sauna ice bath experience (highly recommend this guided experience for people new to ice baths) and this made our holiday. The daily healthy breakfast, with a lovely written greeting, was a really special touch that shows their kindness. There isn’t a bbq or stove so you can’t cook dinners onsite but there is a microwave so we bought precooked food to heat up. Also, Uber eats delivers there and it’s close to restaurants if you want to eat out! We highly recommend staying here. Thank you John and Jess for sharing your little peace of heaven with us.

Absolutely OBSESSED. This stay completely exceeded my expectations in every way. Every detail was clearly thought out with so much care. The fireplace was the coziest touch, and the clawfoot bathtub was a total dream. The natural surroundings were pure serenity, and there were multiple walking trails right at our doorstep. Laura is absolutely lovely and nothing was too much of an ask! I’m already planning my return — we honestly didn’t want to leave. If you’re considering booking, stop thinking and just do it!!

Had a great stay! Phillip was a wonderful host, very friendly, accomodating and happy to help with anything we needed. Cabin has a beautiful view making for a relaxing and peaceful night away. Animals were friendly - shoutout to Ziggy the dog who was keen to welcome us in. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was beautiful with a stunning view of the dam. It was just the right amount of off-grid for our boys to run around and enjoy the outdoors. They mountain biked at Mt Joyce every day (just across the dam). We also loved that we weren't too far from a great pub lunch (recommend the Roadvale Hotel).

The cabin is the perfect hidden escape. You feel so far from the world but are only a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Samford. Rohan’s communication is wonderful and he was happy to help with anything we needed. Thanks for everything Rohan, all the best. 😊

We loved everything about Lorikeet Lodge, the location was perfect, walking distance to seafood, coffee, swimming beach and the Amity Pub. We made friends with all our neighbours over the sunset, in the common area, but it’s far enough away that you didn’t need to communicate if you prefer privacy. The lodge was clean but fuss free, had everything we needed and the closed in yard for our fur baby made it a breeze to Manage. To top is off, My partner got a 80 cm snapper from the jetty on the last night and also squid. We will be back for sure!

Incredible experience to be able to get away from the busy life that brings us all away from nature. I felt completely at peace during this stay and I was very grateful to be able to bring my dogs along for the adventure. Would stay here a million times over, the tiny home was the perfect size and felt very cosy. Lying down and listening to the birds whilst reading was beautiful. Make sure you understand how to get to the property before you leave, I thought I did but I can safely say I did not and it took my almost an hour to find it but if you read the instructions it’s pretty easy! Definitely a me error but be mindful to find all the necessary information before you get there! Thanks for the amazing stay!!

Caretakers Judith and Barry were very welcoming. It was a lovely place to stay. Enjoyed the pool, tennis and kayaking around the lake with all equipment provided. Our dog Mylo had a wonderful stay too, going for walks and rolling around in the grass.

The cottage was nice and well equipped. Glenice is a nice and caring host. On the evening walk we saw some wallabies and there were lots of birds.

Mel's place was just fabulous. It was calm, peaceful and serene. The space was comfortable, even on a cold night. The fire pit was blissful as well. Mel and Ash were so lovely as well. We adored their animals and fell in love with the dogs. It was the perfect stay.

Can’t wait to come back. This cabin was perfection. Had the best night sitting by the fire. Laura was so great to deal with. The fire kit and kitchen stocked with eggs/fresh bread and cooking appliances was such a nice touch.

Very comfortable and tidy little studio. All you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. I stayed for two weeks and was very happy here. Very easy to manage the cooling with a good air conditioner and fan. Was able to make good meals, coffee and snacks in the kitchen with all good appliances. Good size fridge with freezer and ice maker. Washing machine was large and everything dried quickly in the covered deck. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely location, country comfort room, extra special welcome note, super - responsive to our late afternoon same day booking. Highly recommend and sorry that weather and events prevented us taking full advantage of the lake picnic area.

A truly stunning lakehouse nestled in the Gold Coast hinterlands — surrounded by lush rainforest, waterfalls, and scenic hiking trails. John and Cathy have taken great care to ensure this will easily be one of the best Airbnbs's you have ever stayed at (the photos do not do it justice). I was particularly impressed with the high-end appliances, fresh Sheridan linens, and 12-speaker indoor/outdoor smart surround sound system. The kitchenette was impressively functional and thoughtfully stocked with a great selection of teas and coffees. There was also an excellent range of card/board games provided — perfect for a cozy night in. A peaceful, luxurious retreat in a wonderful location.

words can't describe how perfect Hilltop Haven is .. exactly what the soul needed to reset .. everything was absolutely beautiful ! decor, location and the view !!! on arrival we recieved a welcome basket full of goodies and the bed was soooo comfy ... waking up to the view of the mountains was top notch ... oh and the then there is the bath tub, outside .... the most epic experience !!!! do yourselves a favour and book a stay here ... pics dont do it justice and you definitely wont regret it .. thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous cabin !!!
