Beach house holiday rentals in Jacksonville

Perfect location. Everything was clean and it was well-stocked. Check-out instructions were extremely minimal, it was nice to not feel like we had to spend hours leaving like some other places. It is right next to a public beach access, so there was a lot of foot traffic, but the people moved on quickly and settled further down the beach. I wish there were screens in the windows so that we could have opened them, but the sliding door does have a screen which was nice. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home enough! Excellent access to the beach and the home has everything you could need and so much more! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would love to come back!

Penny’s place was absolutely amazing! From the minute we walked in the door it exceeded our expectations! The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and fully stocked with all you need for a family beach vacation. Penny was very responsive with any questions we had and gave many great recommendations for places to eat and shop. Would highly recommended her home and we hope we can come back very soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Surf City! You truly can’t beat the location — just steps from the beach with direct access right off the back deck. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise was a highlight each morning. The house was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Plenty of space for the family, and easy access to town for restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent — responsive and helpful throughout.

This was a perfect house for our six adults and four young children. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very well supplied, the couch was super comfy, and having the beach access and deck views was amazing!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

This is a special place - relaxing, peaceful, beautiful and accommodating. Everything was just as described and the pictures accurately represent the property. Fully stocked kitchen, crock pot and all. The space is nicely appointed and there were several places inside and outside the home our group of 9 could easily congregate. Incredible location, you really don’t even need to leave the house. We would love to visit again.

5 star home! This was great for our entire family vacation. We had grandparents and newborns and every age in between. This house was beautiful, clean, and literally ON the beach. We’ve already made plans to come back. The hosts were incredibly responsive. They took care of ever need we had.

One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. The close proximity to the beach and having a pool at the house was very ideal for our large group. The communication with Mike and Makeba was top notch!

We loved our stay at Deanna’s place! The house was great inside and out; we especially enjoyed the porches and backyard. The location is fantastic - being so close to the beach and being able to walk or bike to restaurants (we even biked to the grocery store) was fantastic. The kitchen was well-appointed and we cooked several meals in, which was much easier with the kids. We didn’t need but noticed baby gates and high chairs, things that still catch my eye after years of traveling when our kids were a bit younger. The kids loved the “secret reading room” downstairs about as much as they enjoyed playing in the game room. My folks joined us, and the 7 of us had plenty of space for socializing and enough privacy as needed. All in all, we had a wonderful trip. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Our stay at Alex Moore was beyond my expectation! We had fantastic time, the place felt like home. It is quaint, cozy, beautiful and super clean. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to the intercoastal, we can walk to many good restaurants, we can watch boats and enjoy life music. The bonus is this house is located in quiet neighborhood. The house has everything we need, very clean and modern kitchen! My children really enjoyed the pool and media room. We can drive 10 minutes to Emerald Isle and with the free parking provided, we were able to avoid the crowded area. Mike is a great host, we appreciate his hospitality and professionalism. We plan to rent this place again if we go to NC. Thank you for making our vacation more memorable and enjoyable.

We (myself and 7 family members) stayed at Matthew’s for a wedding. The place slept the 8 of us comfortably and was gorgeous. We had a fantastic time and will be in contact again in the future!

A perfect little spot for a couple! Incredibly easy walk to the beach and cute restaurants/shops. The beach access right across from the unit wasn't overly crowded and made for relaxing and peaceful beach days.

This is a beautiful immaculately kept house with a great outdoor space and lots to do. We especially loved the game table and the easy walk to the beach. From the golf cart to the bikes, hammock and corn-hole boards, they really thought of everything. Sarah was helpful and responsive.

I cannot say enough about this place, best place we’ve ever stayed. So comfortable, clean and plenty of room for the 8 of us: we enjoyed making meals together in the kitchen and spending our days at the beach. The table in the kitchen was plenty big enough for us to play card games and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The kids loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch while reading their books after a long day at the beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, we made so many life long memories.

this house is amazing the michaele made us feel like we were at a friend's place direct and exact on instructions for how to get in how everything was supposed to be clean nothing hard to deal with this house is better than the pictures in the photos recommend 100%

We had the best time!! We were able to bring our boat and park it at the boat dock. I will say if you have a bigger boat I don’t know if you will be able to park there all weekend, but not a far drive at all to a boat ramp. The place was very clean and had all the things you will need! There is even dog toys and a bed! Betsy was super helpful and nice. We will definitely come and stay many more times.

We had a great stay at Haylee's place. The Pointe is such a special location on Emerald Isle. The property is located in a quaint and convenient neighborhood, close enough to take advantage of the peacefulness that The Pointe offers, as well as the heart of Emerald Isle. We enjoyed the fresh air coming from the various decks and the amenities provided. Having access to the golf cart made trips to the beach a breeze! Comfortable beds and furniture, clean space, quiet location. We'll be back. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were very comfortable in this home. We had everything we needed. We did not use the hot tub or play any of the games, as we spent the majority of time away from the home, but we were given the opportunity to do so. The coffee was plentiful and the location very quiet and relaxing when we were there! We will definitely keep this listing on the top of our "places to stay" list when we return to Hampstead. We enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to the beach. We loved the ceiling fans and AC units in each room especially after being outside in the humid weather. It was great to have the washer & dryer to wash wet clothes and towels. Nicely decorated inside. Thank you for sharing a wonderful place.

Home very clean and comes with just about everything Easy checkin and check out. Lake view picture is in the neighborhood not at the house. And the best part ITS PET FRIENDLY for an extra charge of 75.00 which is a plus and negative especially when you have a well trained fur baby. And Im sure really what the fee is for when you pick up and dispose of your fur baby droppings. And that dont make a mess. Overall great stay.
