This is a great home for you and friends or family to stay while in Conway, especially if you are visiting Hendrix College. Big open living room with comfortable couches. Nice open kitchen/dining are to enjoy food and beverages. The master bedroom was very comfortable and stylish. The mid century modern theme is prevalent throughout the hope. My kids were happy with their bedrooms. Overall, a very good deal and I highly recommend for your family stay.

The communication between the host and I was exceptional. We had a large family come into town for a granddaughter's first birthday, and the spaciousness was perfect for us!

Absolutely loved this Airbnb. It was just like the photos and had everything it said it did. The patio, fire pit, and sky tower were all awesome. The house was very clean and very spacious. All the furniture was comfy as well. One of the better airbnb kitchens I’ve used if not the best, with solid cookware available. Morgan was very proactive in reaching out and responsive to all questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again and 1000% recommend this Airbnb.

Perfect stay! Under The Oak house was wonderful. Check in was easy and Ashely was a great host. My family of 4 loved our stay in this beautiful home. We had lots of space and each room was thoughtfully decorated. Everything was so clean and there were so many extras like toiletries and sound machines in each bedroom. We would love to stay here longer in the future!

We were in town for the Special Olympics State games, our 4th or 5th year. We've stayed in other Airbnb locations in Searcy, but have never visited them more than once. If its available, we will always stay at Tish's adorable cottage! We loved the location, the home was warm and comfortable. We loved the covered parking, the patio, and Tish's personal touches were thoughtful and tastefully placed, nicely decorated. There were 5 of us in our party, and we felt there was plenty of room, and did not feel crowded. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I had a wonderful girls trip with my family this past weekend. The house was perfect for the five of us! We enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen and relaxing in the large hot tub! The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for the activities that we had planned! We felt safe in the neighborhood. The host was fast to respond to a question that I had asked too. We would stay here again! Thank you for being a wonderful host!

We had a quick overnight stay in Little Rock for a meeting early the next morning. We grabbed this place. Becca gave clear instructions on how to get in and where it was. We had no trouble finding the place. It's an upstairs apartment above some local businesses. The place was perfect for my business partner. The kitchen is beautiful, we could definitely use that if we were there longer. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were very nice. We will definitely stay again next time we need an overnight in the Capital. Thanks!

Shawn was very responsive and kind. The place was perfect for us. My 4 year old (and I) especially loved the chickens who visited us! Our dog was thankful for the treats!!! this place was top tier to break up our long road trip :)

Great communication with host, Robby even checked in with me after we arrived to make sure everything was good. We will 100% be staying at this location again. Great get away for the wife and I with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We’re a traveling work family with younger children. Kristy’s place was safe and more than adequate to home us for our stay. The host is great and responsive. These places are our home away from home. All the basic amenities were provided for upon initial entry. Husband worked nights. The window shades are not black out but they are definitely dimming and he rested well. The home is comfortable and not over cluttered. Plenty of towels at our disposal. Cleaning products to clean up after ourselves. It was a peaceful, easy experience. Thank you for trusting us with your home.

Perfect location, so comfortable, beautifully decorated, amazing amenities. we could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay while visiting family. Danielle was so fast to respond and help with anything we needed. The space was on the 1st floor super easy to access, the parking was simple literally right outside the building access. The building was extremely safe, the location is perfect! So many restaurants and Target, and easy access to the freeways. The only thing to prepare for is there is no laundry soap, no seasonings, no dish washing soap, no paper towels. Shouldn't be a problem if you're there for a night or two. We were there for 8 days so we had to buy a lot of things that we ended up just leaving.

Brooke was an amazing host! She was willing to go above and beyond from the beginning to make sure my stay was easy and smooth. Very accommodating and enthusiastic to give advice on where to go and what to see in Little Rock during my stay. House was very cute, clean and in one of the best neighborhoods with easy access to shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay with Brooke again if coming back through Little Rock.
