The space is great. The Flat is faithful to the ad. Well-equipped, super ventilated, even with air conditioning that I thought I didn't have. Communication with Marta was great and Mrs. Rosa, Marta's mother who received us, is a super friendly lady and she did not miss anything at all. Me and my family (5 people) stayed in the second week of August 2022 in Flat do Candido, which served us perfectly with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and living room combined with the kitchen with the utensils necessary for a kitchen. The information and photos released reflect the apartment currently. Ancorar has an excellent leisure structure, in addition to 2 bars and convenience stores where we even find beach towels and extra bedding for rent. I recommend the space and if there is an opportunity, we will return to Flat.

It has everything… coffee, sugar, spices and even shampoo and conditioner the hostess left… My wife used the space to work in Home Office and the internet works very well! The condominium is very clean and well maintained, except for 2 weekends when the elevator to access the penthouse and pool is blocked! Everything else was perfect! I recommend it!! The stay with Mr. Carlos at his Airbnb was great, providential and met my needs: easy access, good choice for transportation. It is a very practical kitnet for one person, with good comfort and quality furniture. Mr. Carlos is very attentive and helpful, he takes care of his place! Note: I loved the Cooktop!
