The location is excellent, making it easy to access the beauties and rich culture of Recife, which is a beautiful city full of life. The place exceeded my expectations, simple but super cozy, well located, super clean, facing the Boa Viagem waterfront, with several options to eat near the apartment. The property is worth every penny paid. I also highlight Reginaldo's FRIENDLINESS, AFFECTION, and HOSPITALITY. An enlightened person, with an inner and outer happiness that infects the environment and the people around. I talked to him for 20 minutes, but I felt like spending the whole day chatting! An educated, intelligent person with an indescribable light of his own! I went to spend a day, but I liked it so much that I'll be back soon to stay a few days in the apartment and enjoy the city! It was a quiet stay. The apartment is well organized, everything is very clean and cozy, equipped with kitchen utensils. Very well-lit rooms for any taste, even for those who prefer indirect light. Paloma is always very helpful, responding quickly, flexible with the check-out time and committed to the guest's good stay. I would like to emphasize that I have no negative points about my stay at the place. Voltaria more often for sure. Just adding as a suggestion to leave more than one sheet and glasses because there was only one.

the condominium is very beautiful, beautiful pool, security, friendly staff, there is an online laundry, I was not told that you pay with an app, I bought the soap and then realized that I did not need to buy it, there is also a store in the same building and I self-service, the only thing missing in the apartment was materials for cleaning the floor, mirror and furniture. A stopover in Recife that was worth the night. Great apartment, complete! With a beautiful view from the balcony, which has a hammock and a small barbecue, full kitchen, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. It was perfect for one night, there was even a barbecue with the moon rising over the sea. Close to shops and close to the airport. When I return to Recife, I will certainly look for this listing!
