The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes on foot, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, to the center is 20 minutes on foot. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

In winter, you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, or just sled, all in the immediate vicinity of the house. The cottage itself offers you a living kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and bathrooms.

Roubenka chalet is a cozy place to relax, located in the cottage near the forest, about a kilometer from the city ( also a ski lift). We offer a clean, maintained environment overlooking both the garden and the forest and the river Jizera. The cottage is suitable for 6 people. It has 2 floors and there is also a large property + BBQ garden, etc. On the top floor 2 bedrooms ( 1 with TV, sofa, view and terrace) the other next door in private overlooking the Jizera River. A large fireplace on the bottom floor.

Even though you'll have the entire shore to yourself, there's another building nearby.
