The accommodation is located away in a small place, there is only a small supermarket that has everything so far. On foot you can walk, etc., you can reach the nearest city in 15 minutes by car. The place was very nice with the fireplace in the snow just perfect. Outside there is a fire pit that we used was very good. Those who need peace and quiet are in good hands here

Exceptional accommodation in a beautiful environment. The welcome from Ivana and Anton was very warm. The cottage is extremely pleasant and super comfortable, all with impeccable cleanliness. Very complete equipment except for a laundry area that would benefit from being reserved for tenants. But there is the option to do laundry at Ivana's. The accommodation was clean, cozy and absolutely satisfactory. It was a quick and seamless arrangement with Petra. A bathing barrel is also added, but unfortunately we didn't use it because of bad weather. I can only recommend.

Great place located just by the singletracks (Singltrek pod Smrkem). Best location for mountain biking. Spacious house with private lake and sauna located on the property. Ideal place for families and MTB enthusiasts.

Beautiful timbered house, beautifully, stylish, and well-equipped to the last detail. We had a great stay with friends. I can recommend for families with children, our smallest member of the expedition loved the room with a playroom and specifically a children's kitchen. We enjoyed the bathing barrel. Recommended. We had a good time at Jakub's place. We were 6 people (3 couples). Everything was clean, tastefully renovated and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. It was great that there was a second refrigerator. The garden with the hot tub was the highlight and definitely worth the money! We had our dog with us, the garden was fenced, so it was super suitable. The only criticism was the mattresses, which were quite hard. But everything else was really perfect. Excursions are easily accessible by car in about 30 minutes. Shopping 10 minutes away. Thank you for the good time!

Nice stay, lovely large living room. The ceilings are low, so watch your head if you are 190cm! Very nice cottage!

We spent an extended weekend with several families at Petr's place and enjoyed it a lot. It has everything you need and also enough space for many people (we were a total of 10 adults and 7 children and it fit perfectly). We enjoyed it very much and we definitely want to come back!

Beautiful little house with sunny garden, right in nature. Very well-equipped kitchen, very friendly farewell by the host.

We had a very nice and fun time with a group of 11 people. The house has a great location of the rooms. There are enough dishes in the kitchen. The lounge room is very warm and cozy, there is enough space for all sorts of entertainment : games, communication. In general, the house is quite old and needs cosmetic repairs, but for those who are ready to turn a blind eye to some mishaps and aesthetics, for the sake of fun in a large and friendly company, the house is good. The price for the stay is not high and affordable . For those who are squeamish , it is better to take linens and towels with you , there is clean, but also old. It's also a good idea to bring an extension cord with sockets, since there are 1 outlet in the rooms, and in the modern world, they usually need more . The host of the house is very responsive and friendly, gave us great tips for skiing trails. In general, we were all very satisfied with our time in this house.

We loved the cabin under the walnut. Beautiful eco style house. Large, beautiful meadow. Fire pit for nice company. Great, warm and unobtrusive neighbors. Everything was very comfortable. The surrounding area offers wonderful places for walks. We loved everything. We loved Pavlína. I recommend.

We had a really great vacation! Martina and her husband were very friendly and took good care of us. The house are well maintained and clean. The location in the middle of the mountains is really magical. You are just a stone's throw away from beautiful hiking trails (or ski lifts). We would love to come back!

We had a lovely few days at the turn of the year. The area is very nice for hiking, walking and for any winter sport. The place is very spacious and has everything you need in terms of amenities. The cottage is beautiful, the surroundings in the mountains are amazing, we felt at home. You are a short distance from the city - yet in seclusion... The owners, the manager and everyone in general are nice people and everything was fine. We'd love to come back

It was a great 3 nights and days in Rokytnice nad Jizerou. We made good use of the time despite the rain. The sauna was wonderful and we used the tiled stove and the fireplace. You can hike directly from the hut. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We were even able to buy fresh eggs from the nice neighbor. The only thing we missed, due to the bad weather, was a covered option to sit outside. Otherwise, everything was perfect, Thanks very much.
