Holiday rentals with a patio in Jablanac

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders gut hat uns der flexible Checkin und die gute Erreichbarkeit unserer Gastgeberin gefallen. Außerdem war die Wohnung in einem makellosen Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet 😊

We were greeted by the hosts representative who guided us in and up to our suite. Lovely suite was perfect for the 6 of us. Would highly recommend!!! Matea was always immediately responsive.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Es war genauso ruhig, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terrasse aus, wie wir es uns aufgrund der Beschreibung vorgestellt hatten. Besonders schön war es, einfach aus der Wohnung zu treten und zum Strand hinunterzugehen, um in dem klaren Wasser zu schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vesna ist eine äußerst sympathische und hilfsbereit Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. The apartment also has everything you need (cooking, etc) Thank you :)

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco ed i due bagni sono muovi. La cucina è fornita di tutto quanto è necessario. L'appartamento ha un accesso privato al mare e vengono forniti anche i lettini per il mare. C'è un bel terrazzo con un tavolo e le sedie per mangiare fuori. Il mare è bellissimo. La posizione è molto tranquilla, forse l'unico problema è la distanza dai paesi, i supermercati più vicini sono a più di 20 minuti di automobile. Il papà di Anna è stato sempre gentilissimo con noi e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Esperienza molto bella.

The accommodation is clean, tidy, the equipment is new. Beautiful view. Mario is very nice, he was waiting for me in the parking lot. He responds quickly.

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön, der Ausblick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Die Ana ist hilfsbereit, sowie schnelle antworten. Die Lage Vorort ist sehr ruhig, man hat es nicht weit zum Strand.

We had a fabulous stay here. A huge thanks to Kruno the host who was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is incredible! It’s been done to a very high standard, like staying in a 5* hotel! Great kitchen and a lovely balcony. The location is perfect for a short walk into the old town and a short drive to so many beaches and other interesting places. I would certainly recommend staying here!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Man benötigt aber definitiv ein Auto. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber. Die Küche war auch super ausgestattet. Das Bett super bequem und hat toll geduftet. Der Pool hat eine entspannte Größe und war auch top sauber. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder 🥰

We hebben van ieder moment op het eiland genoten en dat kwam absoluut door Tatiana’s fantastische huis. Aan alles is gedacht, we voelden ons er enorm thuis. Echt fijn! Het was een bijzondere ervaring om te verblijven op een nagenoeg onbewoond eiland midden in de natuur. Dankzij Josip van Boatum Zadar hoefden we het eiland niet meer af. Een heerlijke vakantie om te onthaasten en te ontspannen!

Amazing and so peaceful after a day in the park. Enjoyed cooking pasta and then a comfy, restful sleep : )

A great spot to crash before heading to Plitvice National Park. Aleksandra and her daughter were very sweet welcoming us upon arrival. The place was clean and had a good layout. Shower was hot and good water flow. There was a nice outdoor seating area too. Overall I’d recommend it and would stay again.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. At check-in, Zeljka who was very friendly, explained everything about the house in detail, and given tons of helpful tips about the Plitvice Lakes National Park, nearby supermarkets, and more. The location is great—just about 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. The house itself felt spacious (especially with the huge bedroom), clean, and very comfortable for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. But the real gem is the garden—absolutely stunning! There’s a large swing nestled between two big trees that we loved, and the wood-burning hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. One thing to be aware of: the house is not a fully freestanding unit. It’s part of a building that essentially consists of two adjoining houses. Since the structure is largely made of wood (which gives it a lovely, cozy feel), sound does travel quite a bit, and you may hear your neighbors during your stay.

Super schönes und grünes Grundstück. außerhalb leider viel Bauschutt und die Hunde der Nachbarn bellen sehr oft und auch schon frühs um 5 Uhr. Die Unterkunft war super. Gute Kommunikation, sehr gut ausgestattet und Ana war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Mai ist das Wetter abends noch sehr kalt, daher haben wir richtige Decken vermisst, mit der Heizung konnte man aber das Zimmer aufheizen. Die UV Strahlung ist trotz Wind schon sehr stark. kurzer Weg zum Flughafen ca 20 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist beheizt was bei unserem Wetter ideal war. Die Müllabfuhr kommt alle 3-4 Tage. Zu Beginn waren auch schon Brot, Aufschnitt, Wasser, Cola und Milch im Kühlschrank. Darüber haben wir uns nach dem Flug sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Ferienhaus wurde wie beschrieben angetroffen! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Der Innenbereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Küchenausstattung ist top, es wurde alles vorgefunden, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch! Bis zum Strand sind es ca 25min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Boris war tadellos! Das Ferienhaus ist weiter zu empfehlen!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment. Alles war sauber, die Lage des Apartments ist auch toll. Die nächste Stadt Senj ist in 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, welche sehr sehenswert ist. Die Bucht unter der Unterkunft ist sehr schön-auch nicht zu viel viel besucht, also etwas ruhiger. Zu Fuß ist man in etwa 10 min am Strand was ein großer Vorteil ist. Maria ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie ist auch jederzeit zu erreichen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

l' appartamento è di recente costruzione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Molto comodo, pulito con stanze ampie e luminose e una bella e grande terrazza. Arredamento nuovo, dotato di lavatrice lavastoviglie e condizionatori autonomi in tutte le stanze. la proprietaria, Sara è stata gentilissima sempre disponibile e premurosa. parcheggio privato. Tutto ottimo.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war liebevoll, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel, obwohl sich unsere Ankunftszeit ständig verändert hat (aufgrund der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, die im Stau standen…) Von der Stadt bis zum Appartement sind es einige Stufen zu laufen. Aber die sind das Appartement, der Garten, der Ausblick und die Gastgeberin wert!

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. Thank you!

Ubytování u paní Jasny bylo perfektní, nádherný být, okolí, prostě vše! Lokalita je výborná pro ty kdo chtějí soukromí. Paní Jasna a manžel jsou velice milí a přátelští lidé a kdykoliv Vam jsou k ruce. Ubytování doporučuji všema deseti. Super!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Petra. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht, und sehr sauber. Petra selber war jederzeit zu erreichen und sorgt mit viel Herz dafür, dass man sich rund um wohlfühlt. Das einzige, was man bemängeln könnte, wäre, dass die Einzelbetten tatsächlich sehr klein waren. Für Kinder/Jugendliche oder sehr kleine Erwachsene sicher absolut ausreichend , jedoch für alle anderen doch etwas knapp bemessen . Das hat der große Balkon mit Gasgrill für gesellige Abende aber komplett ausgeglichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen 😊
