Our apartment "Haliaetum" is located in a family villa by the sea, on the walkway to the San Simon beach in Izola. Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

A beautifully located and very beautiful house with garden right on the beach of Izola. If you need a break from cars, you are in very good hands there. There are also cafés and restaurants, and the 'Old Town' is a 10-minute walk away. Alenka was always very helpful and very accessible and provides everything you need for the holidays with her beautiful apartment.

Delightfully cool city apartment in a central, but quiet, location. We were afraid of missing a seat outside, but the city beach of Izola was our terrace. Miha is a very attentive host, the apartment completely met the expectation. Highly recommend!!

The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. Natasa is a very friendly, humorous and helpful hostess, gave helpful tips for activities. Clean parking right in front of the apartment. I found Izola charming, especially the beach, which is adjacent to a park with shady trees and beautiful cafes and is less than 10 minutes from the property. I liked it very much and I would stay with Natasa again.

Center of everything, easy to go to the beach, lot of restaurants. Easy to go to Koper, Piran and somewhere else. Good coffee shop just cross the road. Finally her place is almost fantastic.

Great value for this beautiful little apartment nestled into the old streets of Izola. Everything is walkable from the central location and the apartment itself is clean, modern and has everything you need. Aljaz was an excellent host giving us recommendations for beaches and restaurants, and was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
