Our apartment "Haliaetum" is located in a family villa by the sea, on the walkway to the San Simon beach in Izola. Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

Beautiful and bright apartment, recently renovated, close to the city centre of Izola. The apartment is on the first floor of a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. With two big-sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen, easy access to the public transport and with less than 10 minutes by walk to all the hotspots of Izola (Beach, Restaurants, Bars, Marina, shops) this apartment suits perfect to families but also to everyone else who wants to discover the beautiful Slovenian coast or Croatian Istria.

Communication with Hoja was straightforward. We were warmly welcomed and Hoja always inquired about our well-being. The location is above the city and the sea view is beautiful. We could sit outside in the shade or make ourselves comfortable on the sun loungers. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The terrace is the highlight.

Our only regret is not staying longer! Rok and his family were incredibly warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help us, even assisting with reservations, which made our stay so much easier. The home was cozy, spotlessly clean, and had everything we could possibly need—and more. It's in a perfect location, just a short walk to the water, and the town itself is quiet, calm, and absolutely beautiful. We would love to come back one day. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. The accommodation is very spacious, with two large bedrooms, a living room, two toilets, and a kitchen equipped with everything you might need. The terrace is beautiful and huge. Although the apartment is not directly on the beach, the sea is literally just a short walk away—no more than 10 minutes, if not less. Izola is a beautiful town, and we will definitely return someday.
