It was a stay that met expectations, consistent with photos and descriptions that we didn't have any surprises. Mr. Nihat was a warm and responsive host.

Ms. Ozlem's house is really magnificent in terms of location, it is within walking distance to the center of Sigacik and everything you need is very close. We were in a new and comfortable building, very quiet. We would like to thank Ms. Ozlem for her support during our check-in process. Although we were very late due to our work, she supported us a lot. All 🙏🏻 the amenities offered were more than sufficient and the house was clean and very comfortable. We were very pleased, we were 3 people. We felt like we were in our own home. We go to Sigacik a lot, we will definitely stay here every time we come. :)

Atilla’s communication is 5 stars - everything was super easy and he was very responsive at all times and arranged everything to be as easy as possible. The place is beautiful and has good amenities, market and coffee shops close by. You can reach the metro in 10 minute walk (although don’t follow Google maps directions!) highly recommended and will definitely stay in Atilla’s place again. Thanks so much! ☺️

The place is excellent and very comfortable, halil is a magnificent host and very attentive helped us at all times and I always care because we were comfortable 10/10.

The place looks exactly the same as the photos. Centrally located. Close to Izban and the ferries. Some amenities were missing, but the place is overal nice!

Namely, housing located in a neighborhood where the streets are narrow and very steep. We would recommend this listing.

This apartment felt like a stylish boutique retreat in the heart of the city. The warm terracotta tones, the elegant dining table, and the overall harmony of the design made the space very inviting. The high-rise apartment offers sea views and great city views. The outdoor swimming pool on the 1st floor I really like Soosil. It's like being filled with fresh water. Shops and restaurants are on the first floor If you have a car, access to the city will be even better.

This place was the perfect romantic hideaway for our trip to Izmir. The earthy tones and creative design made it feel so special and intimate. We especially loved curling up in the mezzanine sleeping nook — yes, the ceiling is low, but it added to the cozy vibe. While the apartment lacks natural light, the lighting design makes up for it completely. Every evening felt calm and warm. Highly recommend this stay for couples who love stylish, unique spaces.

Location is very good! Shopping center is within 10 minutes' walking distance. Surroundings stay has markets with cafes and is wonderfully quiet. Stay is exactly as in the pictures. Comfortable sofa and beds clean. I'm glad there's a separate room for hanging laundry. All hosts were very friendly and were quick to respond! Smooth check-in and checkout. Definitely worth going back for!

Guests will need to take precautions against mosquitoes to be more comfortable on the balcony and inside at night. We are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

Our second stay, the house is tremendously comfortable and easily accessible. I highly recommend it in your choice.

First of all, our host is a really sweet, flexible and helpful person. He responded to all my messages and responded sincerely and sincerely. There were a lot of bakeries and grocery stores on the road with a lot of baking,internet with Netflix. My location was just as good as Fahrettin Altay, the Poligon metro, the Üçkuyular pier and the Istinye park. There were a lot of bakeries and markets on the road. It was a very decent neighborhood for walking. You can stay with confidence and comfort.

Walking distance to all amenities in Buca and close meeting locations. Uber works well from Anil’s place for the coast and the city centre.

If you want to stay in the middle of it all, Rooster’s place is a great choice. However, because you are in the middle of it all, a good night’s sleep might be hard to get, but that’s the location, not Rooster’s fault. Ismail, who communicated with and helped us during our stay, was great and responsive. If you want to party, this is the place for you. If you want a quiet and restful night, you may want to look somewhere away from this area. We enjoyed the easy access to the water and the restaurants/bars. The area is very Bohemian. I gave this place 5 overall stars because the place is clean and well equipped, but be aware that the location may not be for every taste due to noise level at night.
