Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: We were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said that he couldn't decide that himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with small children are prepared.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

The house is perfect for larger groups seeking a quiet and comfortable place to spend their holidays. We had great hopes for the accommodation in advance but despite that, it was even more pleasantly surprised by the location and all the amenities that were in place. Bibinje is a very cozy village just outside Zadar, with good restaurant selection, bakery and grocery store. For those who want to swim in the sea, it is only a shorter walk. Kruno as a host gets the highest rating, constantly helpful and very nice. He helped us with everything from transportation to and from the airport, tips on restaurants, and excursions to take. The bottom line is this a great place to stay with a great host, here we would love to come again! // Ingrid & Family

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

First of all Neven was the best host i have ever encountered. In all those years i have been using airbnb i have never met a more welcoming, more helpful and well organized host than neven. The House was perfectly clean, didn’t lack of anything you would need in a house. He offered me his netflix account, he gave me insider tips where to go and where to eat. He made sure i was having my privacy respected at all times. All in all it was worth every euro that i paid for this airbnb. If i could i would have given him 10 instead of 5 stars!

A very relaxing and peaceful place with natural shadow. Sand beach would have been a plus, especially for families with small child(ren).

We enjoyed waking up to the view of the sea and sound of the waves, really beautiful location that is not far from a couple of restaurants and cafés. The apartment and kitchen had everything needed, and the hosts were flexible with the check-in and check-out time :))

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the whirlpool did it for us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

This accommodation is really something very special, extremely large, especially the huge terrace, which offers every support. If you want to learn about the country and its people, you've come to the right place. You immediately feel at home. We especially enjoyed the different attentions, sometimes there were free eggs, from the free-range chickens, then freshly harvested cherries or garlic. We will definitely come back again.

Ada’s place is excellent. The apartment is comfortable, stylish and furnished with everything you need. The balcony has a five star view and you can enjoy the private beach whenever you want to. We spent a week in Tkon in good/ bad wheather but we found joy and pleasant outgoing time for every day. The island has plenty of beautiful beaches but offers even more: rental place for bikes and SUPs are just around the corner, we borrowed from both and spent wonderful time with them on cloudy days. Cultural sightseeing points (Kalvaria and Monastery) are also in walking distance which can be easily reached on the hiking roads, even with a young child. Ada is most helpful and gives full assistance to her guests, in emergency situation as well (tested…) 5 star recommendation without any doubts!

Jelena's house is a peaceful oasis, nestled on a peaceful island. Beyond the comfort and modernity of the interior, it is above all the well-being that we feel in this house that permeates us as soon as we arrive. The view from the terrace is stunning, having breakfast there is a pure delight. Jelena and her family welcomed us warmly.

Perfect place for a couple to stay near Zadar. The studio apartment itself has all the necessary things. Anna is just amazing, she was awake and helped us checkin at 02:30am as our flight was delayed by 3 hours. Very rarely people care so much for their guests. She also recommended us restaurants, grocery stores and sightseeing places. Overall the experience was great. I would recommend this place without any regrets!

The apartment is very well maintained, quietly located and the bed is very comfortable! Sanda was very sweet at check-in and tried to point out all the sights of the island. When I got sick and no pharmacy was open nearby, she even gave me some of her medicine. The ONLY disadvantage is (as so often on the island) that the small alleys are not easy to reach by car and the private parking for larger cars is rather not an option. But Sanda was also able to find a solution for this in the past. Otherwise, the apartment and hostess are quite wonderful and highly recommended! Personal highlights of the area: Fort St Michael and Srdela Snack ❤️

We rented the nice old house by the sea for a week and had a really nice time. The island is quiet, unpretentious and with the most beautiful water and views. There is not much to do, but that was the point of our trip and we enjoyed the surroundings, the tranquility and the older, well-equipped and cozy house. We also had a nice time with neighbors around. The only complaint is that it is incredibly unfortunate that the already small and not easily accessible island is filled with old worn-out cars everywhere. It's a great shame, but has nothing to do with the home here. Be aware of ferry departures if you come outside the high season.

Pauilla's property is a very beautiful stone house equipped with taste and style. The decoration is wonderful, even like a museum where you can live with everything you need for a few days of rest. We recommend this property without hesitation. Mali Iz is lovely without a lot of tourists and 2-3 shops and a few restaurants and the beauty of the island not to talk about. The untouched nature just encouraged us to come back and enjoy its next time to the Emperors who are beautifully preserved and almost wild. Thank you Paulina for your wonderful communication and thanks for giving us the opportunity to know this little paradise on earth. Greetings to the next time 😉
