The apartment is great, very cozy. Well located, next to the beach, close to bakery, pharmacy and market. The Matheus host always responded to messages very quickly and made everything ready for us to receive. I recommend it!

The apartment is great! I spent a few days with my wife and we didn't miss anything. The kitchen is well equipped, with various utensils and equipment. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. All well taken care of. The region is also very interesting, great for walking, super close to the Center, but at the same time very calm. It is worth mentioning the very good and nearby restaurants (Balbi Trattoria and Porto Campelo, for example, for walking).

Back to Casa 7 was, once again, an amazing experience. This is our second year in a row and we already plan to return. We were my wife, my son, my parents, my brother, my sister-in-law, my aunt, my grandmother and a friend. Last year we were 12 people, and the house offers real comfort for that number. It has five en-suite bedrooms, spacious and comfortable spaces, and the best - your backyard is the beach! I go straight out to the sea, something unique. This year we loved the renovation of the quincho and grill, it was beautiful. Every year we see improvements, and that speaks to the commitment of Sayonara, the host, who takes care of every detail. The house meets and exceeds what it promises. We had beautiful days, full of peace, laughter and unforgettable moments as a family. Casa 7 is already part of our best memories.

Mr. Sherman's place is fantastic, all very well organized. Table and bath linen helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normal, very well equipped kitchen. I would like to thank Mr. Sherman's attention, always quick to answer the messages and answer questions. Indico for everyone his house, we have nothing to complain about! I hope I can rent more often. Remember that there are 5 suites, super difficult to find a house or apartment like this. Each one with its bedroom and its bathroom is wonderful. It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

Local super quiet, even though it was a way to nearby beaches it was super quiet. Comfortable and complete house, including the outdoor kitchen, so much so that we only use it during the stay. You can walk both to the beach and to cove. I did not find the owner in person, but was always available on the phone. Karin and Claiton were loved ones.

All right! Amanda is super attentive , provided us with all the necessary information,we rented last minute and arrived the last hour of the night and still it was not a problem ,on the last day I let us leave after 17h,which allowed us to take more of a day of beach and give us afterwards ! We had a wonderful experience at Ieda's apartment in the Atlantic Islands. The structure of the condominium is impeccable, with an incredible pool, spectacular leisure area and covered parking. The apartment is great, with three comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and everything very clean, smelling and air-conditioned. We felt at home and, without a doubt, we'll be back! The hostess was very old with us at all times. This amazing place is well worth a visit.
