Quiet place, we liked the house, everything was very clean and organized, Ricardo always responded quickly and was considerate.

The stay was great, despite some periods of rain in the days we were, we were able to enjoy a lot. The place is very quiet, the house very comfortable. A Thaiane always helpful and attentive, left us a treat of welcome. They were very good days of rest and family. Gratitude 🙏🏻❤️

I'll start with an observation (the outlets are 220V), you need to let the next guests know. The house is beautiful, clean and new, a thousand notes. Amanda's service is impeccable, congratulations! We'll come back more often.

The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

I loved it. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, clean, easy to use. The kitchen has everything in the kitchen, laundry room. 🧺 I washed beach clothes and towels, cleaned the apartment as if it were mine. There is air conditioning for everything, even in the kitchen and living room where you can dine or watch a good movie. The rooms are wonderful, super comfortable bed. My family loved it too. The place is near the beach, just one block away. I just have to thank you Joel for having received us, attentive, we will always return!!! quiet central place, bedding and bath linens available. Easy access. great communication with the landlord. I had no problems in the week I stayed. The beach front balcony is all good. I took 2 pets that were fine. I will definitely return.

Excellent location, close to the beach and main avenue of Guaratuba, great place for morning walks, the apartment has a sea view and a good balcony to relax, comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

My family and I are very well hosted! The pictures correspond to what you find in the house, everything clean, beautiful and organized. Not to mention that we don't have to worry about taking a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. The location of the apto is great and the reception as well. Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

The host, Ana, in addition to being extremely kind and polite, was very helpful during the period we were under her stay. The apartment is very pleasant, as are the condominium's leisure spaces. The location is great and has easy access to Praia Mansa (our favorite). We stayed for a family trip and highly recommend it for this purpose!!!

Exactly as shown in the photos. Very quiet place, we were with two children and we were not cramped at all. The beach is right in front of the building, and on days when we were looking for a little more action, we stayed on the quieter beach a little further to the side. Entire apartment renovated, building a little older but well divided. One of the beds has a slightly denser orthopedic mattress that does not match our profile but is ideal for those who like it. Super helpful hosts. I'd go back!
