We were very well welcomed , the house the ambience , everything was wonderful, anxious to come back more often.

Simple and functional house. Everything my family needed. Friendly and peaceful vizingance. Great shopping nearby. You could walk to the beach. Ricardo's service was flawless. I took my 2 pets that were very settled in. I'll be back God willing.

We were extremely satisfied. Airy, clear house, large bedrooms, large bathrooms, quality internet, satisfactory TV channel package, perfect pool. Nice and equipped kitchen. Quiet, clean and quiet street. Supermarket, bakery and Hortifruti nearby. Nearby and quiet beach. Eduardo has been helping us throughout the days, always available.

From the first contact Karen was very thoughtful. He gave all the details of the house and tips on what to do in Marataízes. Throughout my six days of stay, all my questions and what I needed, she answered promptly. Ana, her secretary, is also extremely attentive. The house is exactly as advertised. It has an amazing view, comfortable rooms, t board games for the children and is close to the main avenue of the city, with options of supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and snack bars. It was worth it. I had an amazing experience with my family there. My nephews loved it too, my dogs were super quiet, the place was quite spacious. We plan to come back more often. Super Indico!!

Great hostess, always ready to help with any questions, very cozy , organized and clean house. Being in a cul-de-sac , there was no movement of vehicles or people, which made the environment very quiet and quiet. Highly recommend, we hope to return soon

The apartment is great very close to the beach of Bacutia which is beautiful with calm and crystal clear waters, a great place for children. For those with small children, the apartment is perfect because it is very close to the beach, to walk quietly.

The cottage is charming, it has everything you need, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, among others. It is in a great location, close to supermarkets, shops in general. With great beaches nearby, such as Bacutia, Peracanga, which are very quiet and family-friendly. (There are many others also easily accessible by car or even on foot). The condominium is very beautiful and has several options for leisure. All very organized and clean. Bruno was always attentive and proactive, he answered us quickly… he gave us all the necessary coordinates to the location. We loved it, too bad we stayed 7 days and only enjoyed two days of sunshine. It rained a lot and the weather didn't help us much at the time we went. However, we highly recommend it. We'll be back for sure!

Great apartment and great location. There is only no air conditioning towels and bed linen, which can be complicated for those who are from afar and do not usually bring towels and bed linens.

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches.
