The space is large and super pleasant. Very quiet and with a lot of privacy. For those who love nature, I'm sure you'll love staying there, the garden is integrated with all the spaces of the house, which gives the feeling of freedom and leisure even in the rooms, which are spacious, clean and organized. You can have a barbecue and a bonfire in the yard, everything very well thought out in every detail for a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back as soon as possible! Were sensational days! Mr. Antônio's house is wonderful and very clean and organized. The attention he gave us since before the entrance and even after the exit was surreal. Can rent without fear, vcs will be enchanted! In the condominium, close to the house there is a court with a lane around which was great for running, and I did not do my physical activity. The house has everything you need for excellent lodging, we hope to be back soon!

My family and I were very happy with our stay! The house is just as described in the ad and even more welcoming than I imagined. The environment is super comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated. The location was also perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the main beaches and restaurants. Great home for a big group trip. The pool, sauna and outdoor area are really great options for spending all day or relaxing after the beach. The host is responsive and flexible, providing all the requested information. The house was exactly as described and shown in the photos. I would definitely stay there again.

The house is cute! With emphasis on the super complete outdoor area with a swimming pool, barbecue area, external refrigerator. The rooms are all good with air conditioning. The bathrooms are also super good. Kitchen integrated with the living room, which guarantees a great space. I think I could have air fryer! It helps well day to day, but it is very well-equipped! The house is very close to the beach of Bacutia and you can walk - maximum 10 minutes. The way by day is quiet but the night is quite deserted and ideally needs to be made by car. It has market, drink distributor nearby and is next to Meaipe which has a good restaurant structure. It is 10km from Guarapari. The stay at Marília's place was great! Plenty of space, leisure area is great, quiet. Good location, close to the beaches of Peracanga and Bacutia (the best). Marília was attentive from the moment of the reservation, she always responded to us and helped us with tips too. The whole group loved it!

Our stay was short but enough to make us want to return soon, and certainly refer to friends and family.

Host is very good, responds fast, proactive, helpful and offers several good tips and vouchers. The house matches the ad, very new and functional. In my opinion, I should have a swimming pool instead of the jacuzzi, by the number of people it holds. The location is good, very quiet and apparently safe, despite the short stretch of road of floor (2min), is very close (5min) to the center of Meaípe and the beaches of Bacutia and Peracanga.

The house can be better than the advertised in the photos. And more complete as well. The entire house was impeccable and extremely clean. Smelling linens and towels. The housekeeper (unfortunately I don't remember the name) was going to clean the pool every other day. In the kitchen in all the utensils you can imagine (from varying glasses to couscous!) Victor was an excellent host, always texting to see if everything was right and if we needed anything. Anyway... we'll definitely be back!
