From start to finish, communication with Luciana was good, she explained in detail about the rented property. The apartment has all the relevant items to spend the days. The neighborhood is very quiet, you can't even tell there are residents in the building because it's so quiet. It has a very good pool. For those who go by road bus (as I did) to go to the center of Monguaga only by transport app, which was the one I used the most, or take a good walk to the center because it is busier there and you can find everything. I just didn't like the Quiosques da Orla, they are all very old and as I went on days when I had to be very careful with gastroenteritis, they all appeared to have water of dubious origin, the beaches in the center do, the kiosks are more reliable and going in the opposite direction to the center there is the Parque da Tribuna which is interesting and the Ponte dos Pescadores, there is also a better infrastructure. We loved our stay at the house, Andréia always willing to help us at any time which was even more perfect. The pool served us perfectly well, very good bed and all well clean!! The caretaker also received us very kindly, it was an incredible weekend without a doubt. The house is a little far from all the beaches, but the lodging makes it worth it.

I have nothing but praise for Thiago and his house. My family and I felt at home and the point that made me feel most at ease was the security of the house. The house is super comfortable and has very well accommodated our group of 10 people! The pool area is a delight, the spacious and cozy TV room, and the kitchen is well equipped. The decoration is beautiful and family objects make you feel like a “real” house. The natural lighting is plentiful, and the house is close to the beach, just a few steps away (a small block!). Paloma was a great host, always responsive and helpful in replies. We love the stay and we would definitely be back! I highly recommend it!

The heated swimming pool is worth hiring, the water was warm for the whole weekend. Mr. José is an incredible host, he was extremely attentive and flexible! We were at the house during Easter, everything was great, impeccable support from the host, wonderful shower, great mattresses and pillows, pool with good size, the house had everything we needed. They were wonderful days.

I've been to other Airbnb residences but none compare, the house is super complete, has everything for you, there's even a mixer for those who want to make a cake, super fast internet, full bathrooms, bed and mattresses for up to 10 people, there's a pool, everything is very quiet, I highly recommend it, 10 out of 10

My stay was wonderful. The host is an amazing person, she gave me her full attention. Super helped us with flexible check-in, for more people like that with a huge heart. The apartment is the same as the photos, the best of all is the view, which is fantastic, it gives you peace. I highly recommend it, the beach is great. The listing provided by Mr. Marcos is excellent for those who seek practicality. In the apartment they had all the kitchen appliances and in the condominium, very polite staff who guided us as to what we needed. Perfect for children, because in the condominium there is a playground and the ap is in front of the beach. Tbm is close to several sights and cool bars. My family and I love the stay. Mr. Marcos is super attentive and has always responded promptly to all messages. We'll definitely be back more often !

Very nice, airy apartment facing the sea was amazing sleeping listening to the sound of the sea , I and my families liked it very much, clean apartment, had all the items described in the ad, very good fans although not even needing the apt is very fresh, Alê the very educated and receptive janitor, Ivete very quick to answer the doubts, very quiet building we did not hear noise we found some people in the building and in the elevator and all very polite very familiar and pleasant environment, it was a very good weekend, the neighborhood is quiet the great beach for those who go with children. Super recommend can rent without fear that they won't regret it. It is also one of the few reservations that check in and check out are flexible, note 1000
