My first experience with Airbnb and it couldn't have been better! Host Jaylla was amazing — she responded super fast and answered all my questions with great attention. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Miguel, a true four-legged host! Super friendly, he made a point of saying hello on arrival and departure (10 stars for the cat!). The place is extremely clean and organized, something that impressed me a lot and I hope to find in the next stays as well. Heed the warning: bring your own food! In addition, the space is a Zen retreat, surrounded by nature, and helped me recharge all my energy. I highly recommend it!

Our house is in a great location, in the Praia dos Sonhos neighborhood, a quiet street of residents and very close to the beach... 250 meters away! There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large and airy living room and a backyard with an area to relax amid fruit trees, birds, a swimming pool, hammocks and a barbecue area. Our Wi-Fi signal is great and the TVs have internet channels. There are 3 parking spaces, a refrigerated water filter and ceiling fans. Nice, family-friendly house, feel welcome!

NOW WITH basketball table and Wi-Fi Here you can count the feeling of place and close to the sea (only 6 minutes by car), gas station, supermarkets, pharmacies, pizzerias, restaurants 1 kilometer away. Place with good neighborhood and easy access by SP-55 Highway. The Bal. Seagull has a great shopping center, is between the centers of Itanhaém and Peruíbe, easy access.

Bring family and friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. Even on cold or rainy days. It is 300 meters from the beach. Area of 350 square meters, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and parking for 5 cars without difficulty. Paved and easy to locate street. From the house's gate, you can see the sea. The law of silence must be respected, so as not to disturb the neighborhood. Family-friendly environment. We accept the presence of dogs.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. and enjoy baking a barbecue and taking a pool bath, but if you prefer to go to the beach, that's fine, but not only that, if you prefer cold water and a current, you can visit the waterfall in paradise. You and your family will no longer want to leave. There are boat trips in Guaraú to visit the islands, but here you decide what will be important first is to not stop coming and enjoy.

Beautiful one-story house with pool

Heated pool temporarily inoperative due to damage caused by misuse by the last guest, who ignored the instructions, left before checkout and refused to admit the error. Airbnb has acknowledged our request, confirmed the guest's responsibility, and is processing the reimbursement. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible and ensure the best possible experience for future stays.

Our stay was great, I have a large family and held everyone in comfort. Large yard, good BBQ area, great pool and super comfortable house interior. Jaqueline has been very much requests and prompts us whenever we need it. We'll be back for sure.

You know that grandma's house, very cozy and smelly, with everything very clean, that you arrive and relax? This is Maga's house! The house is very nice, but the high point is in the pool area.. which is huge and at a very nice depth… it works for children because it has a shallower area and for adults to take a dip. The area is large, organized, it is a charm to decor, it has a beautiful barbecue. I took my pets and they loved the grass! The house is really very close to the beach.. it's just across the street … but the house is so nice that we end up staying more in the house… the kitchen is well organized and has everything you need to cook. Bring extra sheets and toilet paper. If you need it, you have markets, pharmacy, veterinarian all very close and at an affordable price.

What to say of the house, I was sent back to my childhood, grandmother's house, very quiet, the backyard with lots of green, clean air, flowers, wild birds, we were greeted by Quero-quero's family on the way to the beach. Spectacular as nature is wonderful in its simplicity. Finally, we wouldn't want to go home, because everything we needed was in our hands. What to say of Mr Luis, human figure, quiet, outgoing, greeted us with a beautiful poetry that talked about enjoying the simple things of life. Beautiful moment. It made us so comfortable that it seemed like we had known for a long time. Anyway, one of the most delicious seasons I've had the pleasure of experiencing, my family said the same. We'll be back soon Mr. Luis. Thank you for being such a nice host.

I went with my husband to try the chalet.How we were prepared for an adventure we did not expect to have the comfort that was proposed in the accommodation.The clean bathroom,the kitchen contains enough utensils to make any meal,the environment and very quiet .Thiago,Francine and Cida are very welcoming and warm…I loved my experience, I will come back as soon as possible.
