We had a great time at Luisella and her husband's house. Everything was perfect, the house is very beautiful, the garden is very well maintained. There is a trampoline, goats, and a beautiful pool to cool off. the bedding is also very good. Luisella and her husband are very welcoming and even if they live in another wing of the house whose entrance is independent we did not see them unless there is a need. Thank you again for hosting us!

We had a fantastic time at Nadia's accommodation. The view is beautiful and a very nice swimming pool that is well maintained by Giacomo. Very friendly welcome and received tips to do in the area. Good location close to Lucca and in a beautiful green area. We would book this again.

It was special treat to be welcomed by Laura when we arrived. She was a great hostess. We felt very comfortable in the spacious surroundings which included an outdoor terrace with expansive views across the Garfagnana valley. As we didn't have a car we walked into Barga which is about 20 minutes. Barga offers shops, restaurants and art galleries. I found lots of opportunities to do some painting around the old town and walks to nearby villages. We loved Barga and are keen to return.

We spent a wonderful week with four adults and two babies in the beautiful accommodation. The house is very cozy, the garden beautiful and spacious, the view fabulous and the tranquility a pleasure. We were very warmly welcomed and the communication was very fast and helpful throughout the stay - also regarding tips for restaurants or excursion destinations. We will be happy to come back, thank you very much!

Ilaria’s place was perfect - the town with all its amenities is on the door step with everything just a few minutes walk away and yet it is absolutely peaceful and quiet with the most stunning views. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and well equipped and Ilaria is on hand for any queries. A perfect spot for exploring this beautiful region.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved swimming in the pool to cool off after sightseeing in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils to cook in the outdoor kitchen. The setting is beautiful with a fantastic garden with interesting plants and flowers and a view of Nice and the sea on a clear day.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Turchetti! It’s so beautiful, the house is beautifully decorated, clean and nice! And not least, Silvia and Federico are really lovely and hospitable hosts. At the same kind both personal and professional. We also recommend to stay in and eat dinner at the fantastic restaurant- beautiful environment and really good food. The area is stunning.

Good morning, Beautiful location in the middle of the hills and vineyards; the view guarantees a magnificent feeling of carefree. Large garden, with the possibility of using a nice barbecue, and a very functional swimming pool. The house is large, with many rooms with comfortable beds. The owners are very friendly, hospitable and nice; from this perhaps the only observation: they were so available that, at times, they could seem a little too present, but certainly this was done in a good-natured way. It didn't bother us at all, but other guests, who want total privacy, might find this presence almost invasive. Vote 9!

Fabrizio's place was perfect! The surrounding area is beautiful, and both the apartment and pool are very well maintained. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The local pizzeria they recommended is definitely worth a visit, and the wine Fabrizio makes is also excellent. We'd be happy to return for a longer stay next time.

Michael's home is an amazing property, just stunning! We had Chef Joseph cook for us in the home for our family and the dinner was fantastic! Highly recommend.

This Airbnb is truly a gem. The view is absolutely stunning, and even though everything has been newly renovated, it hasn't lost any of its original charm. We were particularly impressed by the nature around it! The pool is beautiful, and the beds are incredibly comfortable! We would come back anytime.

Giada’s place was amazing! From the photos I thought it would be a little more rustic, but it had been completely renovated in 2021. Of the seven lodgings we stayed in across northern Italy, Giada’s place was my favorite. Spacious, comfortable, views of the countryside…we loved it! Giada’s and her family were excellent hosts. We couldn’t have been happier.

We had a truly lovely stay at Cascina Marenco, the site and the house are beautiful! They put a lot of effort in creating nice places to hang around in the garden, with quality furniture and shading. The garden is just magical! The appartment is traditional, cosy and charming and offers everything you could wish for. Evenings on the terrace are lovely, with a breathtaking view over the valley. Stefano and Valentina are the kindest people, they are super helpfull and think along: they arranged some extra baby stuff for us which was really great and sweet. Thank you, we would definitely visit again!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations and throughout our stay we received incredibly good service in the form of wine tasting, help with renting bikes-which we highly recommend, market visits and restaurant experiences that without the hosts' help we have not received. Surpassed our expectations- the view was unreal, sat and stared by the hour. Very well equipped, clean, roomy, nicely furnished place. Ample parking, just above town of Castagnole delle Lanze but nicely removed and isolated from any congestion. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

A beautiful house and location, with all the facilities you need. Very friendly host who met us on arrival and was always available to answer any questions we had, the house was clean and tidy inside and the private garden & pool was so peaceful. We had a lovely dinner in their restaurant and were made to feel so welcome, if we return to Metato we will definitely stay here again!

A real holiday home, warm and functional, as you don't see much anymore on AirBnb! The decoration is really neat, there is everything you need to cook and the view from the room is beautiful. We visited the area in 3 days without a car, the accommodation is accessible by the Vintimile bus. Thank you Maria, we would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful address, in a quiet and really pretty area with a great view from the pool. Matteo was good help and good advice, and breakfast and evening meal were really good, neat and homemade. It feels like a family, at home. This is a good B and b!

We had a wonderful stay! The view over the vineyards is absolutely stunning, and the pool was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing. Alberto was very kind and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. There are also some great restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit worn-out, but everything else more than made up for it.

The apartment and the entire property are really beautiful. The decor is very tasteful and high quality and everything is sparkling clean. The garden and the terraces are fantastic, all around a great view with various seating options. Upon our arrival, the refrigerator was filled with delicious things for breakfast. Christina is a very friendly and accommodating host. Surroundings is quiet and beautiful. We spent a few very nice days there and can absolutely recommend the accommodation, the place is really something special!
