Holiday rentals with breakfast in Italian Riviera

Lovely place to enjoy the peace and wonder of the Langhe hills. I stayed in the Scuderia, an accommodation that faithfully reflects the description and photos, equipped with every comfort and ample space, including a private fenced garden where you can eat and relax overlooking the landscape. Clean and well-kept environments. Piero was a host who, together with his daughter, pampered us from the moment we arrived and immediately put us at ease. Very attentive to our requests and needs, immediately responsive in times when his presence was required. He provided many valuable tips for beautiful excursions in the surrounding area, also providing paper material that facilitated the search for routes. The truffle ground adjacent to the property is very nice, from which a lot of trails branch off. Excellent and abundant breakfast in the morning, served on a large terrace or with tray in the room.

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

A very nice place where you can find a lot of peace. A car is essential to get to restaurants. It should not bother you that the church bell rings at 7 in the morning. Francesco's family welcomed us very kindly and we felt very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need and is modernly furnished. Definitely recommended!

It was a wonderful experience, in a house that to say perfect is to say little: private parking, house well-stocked with everything, very clean, quiet, a great mattress, even the possibility of eating out thanks to a private terrace. All this is set in the context of the small town of Pitelli, a hamlet 8 km from La Spezia, which has an excellent supermarket, a pizzeria, an Arci club, a butcher shop and even a pharmacy! All within a 3-4 minute walk from the house. Enviable location, impeccable service from the host and attentive to our needs: we can't wait to go back!

We had such a great time here at Alfredos house. It was peacful, beautiful, modern and so much space. And you had everything you needed. We loved every second and didn't wanted to leave 😉 Thank you Alfredo for a lovely stay 😍

Matteo’s house is clean and cozy. The view is absolutely stunning and the location is so prefect to explore the Cinque Terre area. It was only a 10 min drive to Riomaggiore and from there another 10 mins to Manarola. The only problem is the limited spots for parking. So we drove to La Spezia and parked our car near the station there and took the train from La Spezia to all the villages. Breakfast was provided by Matteo and he kept checking in to see if we need anything. He and his wife are very sweet people and we highly recommend their home!

We had a wonderful stay at Davids Studio. We felt incredibly comfortable from the very first second! He has thought of EVERYTHING in his studio!! He gave us the best tips at check-in and was always available throughout the week to answer any questions we had about Nice! Perfect Host & Perfect Studio (very clean and Perfect location! Ruth is the best host with great communication, clear instructions and tips about the area and very proactive and responsive. The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated with local art. The apartment faces the sea and is not on the main side of town so the only sound we heard was the lapping of the waves on the rocks below. A quiet oasis in the midst of a bustling tourist destination. The town was quieter from 5:30pm until 10am so we took advantage of early morning hikes to beat the heat and crowds. The patio was perfect and made me not want to leave the apartment! Ruth provided everything one could need from a beach bag and yoga mat to an iron and some drinks and snacks upon arrival. Ruth has thought of everything to make her guests feel pampered and welcomed. Thank you for sharing Vernazza and this beautiful apartment with us. We can’t wait to return.

An absolute gem in La Spezia! The balcony is lovely in the evenings. The beds are comfortable! The apartment has great light and is spacious! It’s close to the train station. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again. Zero complaints!

We really enjoyed our stay in Riomaggiore! Our host was super friendly and helpful - they met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment, which made everything so easy. The place was nice and had everything we needed. They also left us some great local tips that we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is quaint, authentic and makes you feel right at home. It was the most comfortable and I-feel-like-a-local-esque Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Federicas home made my trip to Europe actually sink in and feel real. She so kindly offers her actual home for people to stay in to truly enjoy their trip to Genoa. Marta, Federica’s cohost, was the host kind and welcoming and warm presence as she let us in and gave us the grand tour. I cannot recommend this spot enough. Wonderful location, authentic homey vibes, and wonderful people. 10/10

This is the best AirBnB experience of my life. The apartment and location are incredible, and Damiana (and her husband) were fantastic hosts. The apartment has been recently upgraded and everything was just perfect - unbelievable views of the town and ocean, super clean and comfortable bed, super clean and well-appointed bathroom, and lovely small kitchen (with what seems brand new washing machine and dishwasher, large fridge, oven, coffee maker and lots of little touches like bread for toasting, great dishes and cooking utensils, etc.). The veranda has nice furniture and a shade umbrella, and the whole place has roll-down blackout shutters then let us sleep in as late as we wished. Damiana arranged for parking in the village for us (no easy feat), and her husband walked to meet us and get us checked in. Damiana had great suggestions for eating places (even booking places on our behalf), and great idea ideas for hikes to do and things to see. You will not be disappointed!!

Undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable Airbnbs in where we have never stayed. We returned home today, but our minds are still there, with the tender and loving welcome from Monica, with that little house with delightful details, with the delicious food, with the swimming pool immersed in a landscape that brings you into contact with a dimension that seems very far from home, but which in reality is not. A meditative place that stimulates you to live the day with presence and slow rhythms. We really believe it was a goodbye and we can't wait to relive the experience. We are already warmly recommending it to many of our friends.

Our stay at the Eremo was wonderful! Yes, there are many steps to get up to the house, but it is very worth it for the beautiful views when you get there! Marco was very friendly and welcoming — he went above and beyond to tell us all about the town and area, gave us recommendations for things to do, and was always available if we needed anything. Breakfast was lovely, we really enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing place that we didn't want to leave, peaceful, quiet and great hosting and fresh eggs, jams and bread made by Tatiana It just was great staying, I enjoyed every time to drive up the hill to our cabin and the view from the bed is priceless also a lot to hike around without taking the car out Go Tatiana's place you won't regret

Our stay with Roberto and Antonietta was beyond exceptional. Beautiful house and garden, stunning views, top-class hospitality and delicious Italian breakfast. We only booked it for one night so that is the only disappointment we have, it is worth staying multiple days!

We had a lovely stay! Breakfast was a total highlight, it was delivered to our balcony every morning to enjoy! Raffaelle was extremely responsive and helpful, we felt right at home. It should be noted, if you are going to make the walk from the train station to the hotel with luggage, take the route a car would take, NOT the walk your phone will tell you. It is only stairs and gravel for 10 minutes straight, it’s nearly impossible to haul your luggage up. Lastly, the beds were SUPER comfortable and the AC was a much needed plus at this time of year. It was exactly what we needed and the hospitality exceeded expectations, totally recommend.

Beautiful stay in Corniglia!! When doing research you will see many people trying to steer you away from Corniglia, but it was our favorite place we stayed during our 2 week vacation to Italy. While there are daunting stairs there is also a shuttle bus that runs regularly throughout the day that can bring you up to the town. Cristiana is lovely. She recommended some great local spots and the focaccia at her bar is to die for! We hope to be back next time we are in the area. Corniglia and Cristian’s bnb is a little slice of heaven!

Renzo is a great host, he immediately made us feel at ease with a fantastic welcome. Always ready to give advice on areas to visit and restaurants to eat at. Every morning he delighted us with a great breakfast. Clean and tidy room and bathroom, and the terrace with a fantastic view. Highly recommended host.
