Holiday rentals with a patio in Itacimirim Beach

We very much like the accommodation. Easy access and an excellent location. Quiet and very beautiful condominium. The contact with Selma was very easy and pleasant. It was great! We enjoyed it!

The condominium is excellent, the pool area is very well maintained, with the option of a restaurant service on site, in front of the beach, with a children's playground. Excellent option for traveling with children. The accommodation has an excellent location, overlooking the beach and very close to the pool area and playground. The kitchen is a little small, but it is functional. We missed a laundry room, but it wasn't a problem. The bedroom TV did not connect to streaming apps. Excellent option with children.

Marcus' place is excellent, very organized! Excellent location, wonderful pool and everything is very quiet. The family loved the days we had in the apartment. Marcia is super nice, easy communication, always responds very quickly and is super partner. It's really worth getting to know.

The stay was excellent! I felt at home. My favorite part was the kitchen, well-equipped, perfect for those who don't want to depend on restaurants or bars for food. I highly recommend it.

Ana's house is extremely comfortable, clean and with everything we need for a perfect stay. Great quality and super fragrant linens and towels. The sea view and the sound of the waves are very relaxing. Very close to the village, we went on foot every day. Not to mention Ana's kindness, always helpful and friendly. It was an amazing time there!

All exactly the same as the ad, large and comfortable house, great gated condominium and relatively close to the center, as well as very close to the beach. Larissa was a great host.

The stay was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super-equipped and everything is new. Heated pool, barbecue, equipped kitchen, bed linen, air conditioning in all rooms. In other words: all equipped. It is in an excellent condominium. Access from the house to the beach takes about 3 minutes and is done by an electric cart from the condominium. The host Eduardo couldn't be better. From booking to checkout, he always responded practically online, available, attentive, flexible and even gave very good tips. The recommendation to hire cook Eliana, housekeeper Nathalia and barbecue chef Josué made our stay even more special. First-class service and they did everything. In other words: the stay was not an expense, it was an investment. We left wanting to come back

Had a great stay! The hostess was super attentive at all times and was willing to help us with any issues. The house is impeccable, the bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Unfortunately, we took a rainy period and couldn't take much advantage of the pool and the beach, but the leisure area is spacious and comfortable. We will definitely return more often!

Good communication with Larissa first, then Nanda was always available to answer questions and tips. The condominium is very close to the beach and has exclusive access without having to leave through the main entrance. The house is very nice and the outdoor space is very good!

Large house, with rooms with lots of privacy, great for situations like mine, where we enjoy the space with another family friend! Great pool with super nice kiosk and delicious TV room with a window for the pool! The condominium is in a strategic location, very close to Guarajuba and its attractions and especially close to Praia do Forte, which is WONDERFUL!!! As a suggestion, based on my personal perception (just that!), it is worth opening the rooms for ventilation before the arrival of the families, as the rooms have lots of wood and upholstery. And the Host is a super partner and attentive, thank you so much for that!

The village is great, very well equipped, large, very comfortable, wonderful garden. The condominium is also excellent, very safe, organized, we were very well served and received by the condominium, all very fast and practical. Beach and river access through the condominium. Leonardo was very attentive, gave many tips and was always available for more tips and suggestions about the region.

The pool is a dream, with very warm water, perfect for after the beach. We loved everything and hope to return. I recommend this stay without so much as a second thought!

Wolmar's accommodation is beautiful, just as advertised. Very clean and complete. Both Wolmar and the staff at the accommodation were very kind and attentive. I recommend this place to rest, spend a few days with the family, the area is very quiet and you can access the beach, river and supermarket on foot.

Great hosts, location, and accommodations! We had some impasses, but they were very well resolved. We loved our stay there.

We had wonderful days at Joseph's place. Super clean and well-equipped apt. It has everything we need. Arejado and in front of the pool. Safe condominium and excellent gym. The beach structure that serves the condominium is about 25 minutes on foot, so being by car is the best option in addition to making it easier to travel to the beach of the fort or other beaches. Hostel answers all questions quickly and is always ready to help. we will return for sure.

The property was a superb find. It is well located within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The Casita itself has everything you need, and you'll find everything as advertised. It is located in a lovely area with a swimming pool and BBQ facility. I highly recommend it.

I liked it a lot. Safe condominium, with lots of green area around, good for resting the mind. Apartment with a beautiful external view. Everything is in order inside. The person feels at home. If you want to go out, the place is close to restaurants, markets and the beach, and if you can't go out, you can stay at home without problems, which was my case because of the rainy weather.

Our accommodation was excellent! The site is super quiet and welcoming, exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is comfortable and the balcony is a real charm — perfect for dining enjoying the natural landscape, overlooking the lagoon, the birds and all the calm around. A true refuge of peace. The infrastructure of the condominium is sensational! The children had a lot of fun in the pools, on the playground and on the court. The gatekeepers were also extremely kind and helpful. Mr. Fábio served us with great attention, always responding quickly to messages, giving great suggestions for beaches and restaurants. We love our stay and we will definitely return to this paradise.
