Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Itabashi City

This was a lovely place to stay, with multiple stations in walking distance and a nice quiet neighbourhood. But most of all our host was responsive, attentive and kind and helped us numerous times with our various needs as a large group. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Akira’s place. We were a group of 8 people with 5 adults and 3 kids (10 and under). The house comfortably fit all of us and felt like home — Akira had everything we needed. Loved the residential neighbourhood- gave you a sense of how most people lived - and a restful reprieve after visiting the hustle and bustle of the major city areas. I would mention that if you have a large taxi/transport, it may be difficult to get right to the house as the roadways are very narrow (typical for residential areas). Two laundry places and vending machines right by the house (so convenient)! Walkable to train stations. Look forward to coming back!

It was such a beautiful home, honestly we had a very different view of it just because we live in the US our perspective of the home was different but once we arrived seeing the architecture and the way the house is built was so wonderful and smart. Everyone loved the house! We felt so comfortable especially the terrace was so peaceful. We loved being able to have two bathrooms as well as having a washer/dryer in one! We were actually so surprised and having little kids with us it was a necessity. We loved how close it was to Uniqlo and other restaurants and stores ESPECIALLY the train station it was such a lifesaver when it came to taking all our luggage’s to head to the airport. Overall we fell in love with Mari’s place and decided to stay at her place when we visit next time! Mari and her team were so responsive and helpful sending guides to places to visit. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing stay. The beds were really comfortable, and it felt like home away from home. We loved the upstairs courtyard, and having the use of the bikes was a lovely extra. Yuri accommodated our family of five with an extra bike which was so thoughtful. Also, the treats on arrival were a wonderful surprise, as was the special treat on our departure. Yuri definitely went out of her way to make our stay really enjoyable, and we were so grateful to her for arranging taxis for us on our departure. We would highly recommend staying here for it's proximity to all the sights and for being a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

It was a very cozy home for a large group. We were 7 men and we all felt very comfortable. We also enjoyed the restaurant/bar downstairs which is owned by the host. Would recommend any large groups looking for a nice home near Shibuya to book here

Great place, a little out of the way but very good value, lots of space, and a short train ride from Shinjuku. The place was well suited for our purposes (family of 3 adults/2 children). Lots of good restaurants near Hatagaya Station. One warning, the address was difficult for Google Maps and Uber to find, but I found a nearby business and used that instead, much easier to tell drivers where to go. Often Google Maps would try to send us to a similar address in Honcho rather than Honmachi.

Tatsuki is an excellent host! He was incredibly responsive and always available to help with any questions or concerns we had. From the moment we booked, he stayed in touch, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly during our stay. His communication made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which made for a relaxing and comfortable experience. The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Tatsuki’s place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free visit.

Was honestly blown away by how much my family, friends and I grew to love Kashiwa when most of our plans were for Tokyo. The house matches the description and was easy to get to—regardless of you’re renting a car or using transportation. Even hoofing it to and from Kashiwa City is pretty easy! The kitchen and dining/living room space is really cozy to be in after a long day of sightseeing, and the giant TV connects to about every app—Netflix, YouTube, and Prime (etc). The beds were cozy and spacious to crash out on—especially with the remote controlled AC! Bathroom was really nice and convenient, especially when the 2 in 1 washer/dryer is less than a foot away! The water pressure was perfect! Most of all, what really sets apart this home is Mizuki herself! She is such a wonderful and attentive host. Easy to communicate with and incredibly understanding if you have questions. Thanks so much, Mizuki! We hope to use your listing on future trips!

Shigeru San is a warm and wonderful host. His apartment is very clean, cozy and fully stalked, convenient and super close to underground and local shops. Great spot for those that want to experience the local lifestyle.

The stay was amazing. The house had 4 floors including a rooftop balcony and 4 bedrooms in total. Koenji had lots of unique restaurants, izakayas and place of interest you’d spend more than a day just exploring the area. The house is located about 10 mins walk from the station but the journey is full of combinis and other shops you won’t feel the distance. Will definitely book this home again for future trips to Tokyo.

The location is not too far from the main Ikebukuro station. It was very strategic, not too far from the busy area and not too near. Getting there on the first day was very confusing but we found our way thanks to host responding promptly. My tip is to take the lift 35 out of the Ikebukuro station (come out in from of H&M). Once you’re out you can use Google Maps to get to the place. The place is opposite 7E and above the curry shop. The house was a good enough size. You can comfortably house 2 adults and 2 kids, 2 big double beds and a bathroom to share. The washing machine was a blessing as we needed it. The lift is really small and be careful as the lift closes fast. We had a good stay. Was quaint, convenient and best of all the host was really friendly and quick to respond. I highly recommend this place.

The view from the apartment is very good, and the transportation is also very convenient. It can be seen that it is an old house and the area is relatively small, but the facilities that should be there are all there, and they are also very easy to use.The host will give very adequate instructions, and it is very easy to find.

Beautiful and spacious place right next to the Takanawadai station so finding the place is not hard and also after a long day of walking and exploring you get off the train and walk 1 minutes from station exit and reach your accommodation. Where in the world can you get your own private gym in Air Bnb at this palce you do. The place is clean and exactly as described. I would say that if you are taller then 6 feet then you might have limited space in bed. The beds are tatami style and are comfortable with clean linen. The place has two toilets and 2 bathing area. Kitchen is clean and the utensils are provided but we did not do any cooking so did not see what is available. Another good feature is the water cooler so you do not have to but water for the accommodation. Seven eleven and lawson is short walking distance. Great place highly recommend Keiko is a great host and we will be back.

My group was 2 adults (my self and my friend), 1 boy teenager and a younger boy turning 6 years old. Before we decided to stay, we did extensive research for hotels and airbnb, and finally decided on Jianrui’s place, and we’re very happy we did. Jianrui’s place was squeeky clean, full of amenities, and lots of other things we didn’t even think of. For that price and the space, it was well worth it. A little bit far from the hustle and bustle of mid-Tokyo, but the train was available until after midnight. Even when we had a bit problem with the toilet (my 6 years old clogged it-hahahaha-) and with the key, Jianrui and the co-host was responding our messages right away. It was a home far away from home, one we look forward too after having a long day, or just for staying in for the day. And also a big plus, they are very attentive to a younger kid’s necessities, such as providing games, and also a birthday cake for my son (just WOW). Thankyou Jianrui and also the co-host😍

This property is located very close to the subway station located one stop north of the Shinjuku Station. Very convenient location in an off street of a bustling main road. No issue with noises at night but you can hear occasional noises from the street level in the early morning around after 6 AM. Ken is very responsive with any inquiries and the property itself is very well maintained and very clean. I would definitely consider staying here for my future visits.

Chifumi's apartment is as described, it has parking and is in a very quiet area, a 20-minute walk from the train, very accessible and with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very clean and tidy and has everything advertised. Chifumi has been very kind and attentive at all times, and responds quickly. We definitely recommend it.

The host was very helpful with any questions I had. The apartment had a fully stocked kitchen, and was very clean. the elevator and rest of the apartment building was also very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the clothes washer worked great. The location is great with an easy walk to Shinjuku station and a family mart right around the corner.

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Hey charming, three bedroom two bath home. It was nicely decorated, and well laid out. It had every amenity and appliance that one would need. Plenty of space for seven of us and all the instructions especially for the wash very easy to follow. Easy to get to a nearby train station and a few convenient places to shop for food and basic necessities. The host gave well thought out instructions and directions for everything and was responsive to the one question that we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend for a group traveling to Shibuya, Tokyo.

An amazing house in a quiet neighbourhood they still had plenty of options nearby. We were very impressed with everything in the house, and we will absolutely stay there again! Close to a few different stations as well.

After going with Airbnb in countless for nearly 8 years, this is the best host we been with! The home is spacous for a city like Tokyo. The kids was able to run around within home. She gifted us some necessities: drinks, rice and eggs, fruits and so on! She even picked us and dropped us at the train station! Will always ready to recommend this home!
