Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Itabashi City

Wouw it couldn't be any better!! masa is such a nice guy and very welcoming! upon arriving we felt welcome, he explained everything and went his way. he had answers for every question we had and helped us to the best of his ability. upon arriving we gave him some Dutch gifts ( fridge magnet of a wooden shoe with tulips and a pack of stroopwafels) this shook him but he accepted it with a smile from ear to ear! the accommodation was clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 2 people and really close to Ebara-machi station, which we used the most to get around. friendly people around Ota and the 7-11 around the corner is also very helpful! next time we are planning to stay longer! Domo arigato gozaimasu masa-san!

Masaki goes above and beyond making sure you have a great stay. The house is super clean, comfortable, has everything you need and a little extra. She is in constant communication providing local events and things to do that will add value to your trip. Beds are very cozy. We enjoyed our walk from the house to the train station, and from there its easy to get anywhere. Daiso and a supermarket it's just 5 minutes away from the house, a bakery vending machine just 4 minutes away, or you can shop along the way walking from the station. Highly recommended. The unit had everything needed to create a comfortable environment. the area was wonderfully quiet snd close enough to stations to reach the busy perfectures. I truly appreciated the location, a few minute walk to a variety of convenience stores and restaurants. Miyako was extremely responsive and helpful. I would return to this unit on my next visit to Tokyo.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. This is a simple, clean comfortable place near the metro station with great connections to the heart of Tokyo. The place is very clean and comfortable and has all amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. A complimentary pocket wi fi device to use in the city was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend this place.

Before I stayed, they sent me a video of how to get to the inn and how to unlock the door, so I was able to get there without getting lost. From the moment I entered the inn, I was impressed by the very nice space!As the name COMORI suggests, it is a very quiet place, perfect for a solitary retreat.This time I could only stay for one night, so next time I would like to stay for consecutive nights and enjoy relaxing at the inn and walking around the area!

I was on a trip to Tokyo.I was able to arrive in about 10 minutes from the station.The location was easy to understand and towering on the hill going down.There is a natural park nearby and we enjoyed the picnic days.You can enjoy local life in a quiet residential neighborhood.They also politely told me about recommended seafood restaurants and sightseeing spots nearby.The accommodation is also very clean, relaxing, and a large kitchen, so I recommend it for a long stay. Kenta-san was a wonderful host and fun to talk to as well. We only had a few days together, but the rooms were spacious, had everything we needed, and it was great being able to experience life in a Japanese home instead of a hotel like every other tourist does. We mentioned we're from California, so the rooms were nice and toasty when we came in. So hospitable!

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The locality is wonderful, authentic, and homely! love the train station vibes on slow afternoons. it has everything you need! Thank you Pearl for a wonderful stay 😊

It’s truly an experience to live like a Tokyo local. It was my first time being asked to tidy everything in the room before checkout—and I actually did it, even sorting all the recycling properly. I really liked the house, especially since I used almost everything in the kitchen. I also enjoyed the bedroom; the bed was very comfortable. The nearby Seiyu supermarket was one of the places I visited most often. 東京の人々のように生活するのは、本当に特別な経験でした。チェックアウト前に部屋を片付けるように言われたのは初めてで、実際にすべてをきれいにし、リサイクルもきちんと分別しました。この家はとても気に入りました。キッチンのほとんどすべてのものを使ったほどです。ベッドルームも快適で、寝心地の良いベッドでした。近くの西友スーパーは、最もよく行く場所の一つでした。

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

The accommodation was in a great location next to a lot of good restaurants and within 5 minute walk of the train station. The host was also very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Miho’s place! The apartment itself is adorable with the comfiest bed and ambient lighting. The neighborhood was also lovely as it was very quiet but with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Miho’s guidebook was also extremely helpful when choosing places to eat. We always looked forward coming back to Mitaka after being in the city center! Thank you for an amazing stay :)

amazing place to stay

Lovely little appartment in a calm neighboorhood. Kami-kitazawa station is at 2 minutes walk from the airbnb and it’s pretty easy to travel to more central areas from there (shibuya and shinjuku for example). Lots of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets which spared us a lot of time when trying to find something. Only detail is the train that passes by is kind of loud but we slept well nonetheless. Would come back to this place.

I love this place. It’s in a quieter neighbourhood and the room is sizeable especially for the standards in Japan. Only thing is if you don’t like the noise coming from upstairs as the walls are a bit too thin, choose the top floor. But it’s only accessible by stairs. Train station is closed by, convenient.
